More than 15 minutes wait for weekday lunch order at 1pm. With some follow ups at the counter, my order is ready after more than 10 newer orders were ready for collection.

I had a great experience at Jollibee in noven mall . The staff were friendly, polite, and attentive. Customer service was excellent, and my order was prepared efficiently. The restaurant was clean and well-maintained, with good hygiene standards. The team created a welcoming atmosphere, and I am very satisfied with the overall service. Keep up the excellent work!

The fried chicken is decent but the corn and mash potatoes are both disappointing. Corn i am comparing to mcd, while mashed potatoes i am comparing to kfc. Overally, the jollibee spicy chicken offers more kick than any of the other fast food outlets but when looking at the whole package, there are still more room for improvement.

despite it not being peak hour (around 8:30 p.m. onward), the wait still exceeded ten minutes, which felt rather unreasonable. i’m not entirely sure whether my palate has shifted, but the spaghetti tasted noticeably off this time, quite unlike the familiar sauce i’ve come to expect from jollibee.
