Nearest for closing, just now we had ordered original chicken in which has taken over the kiosk without prior unavailability in the machine that informs every customer. When we receive our order, nobody informed us that the original chicken is not available, informing the front desk that seems to be very rude when talking. Will be mentioning her name soon, work ethics are kinda off for this store. 👎🏻

Waited for around 1 hour for the food and I am still waiting. All customers are complaining but the shop is still taking new orders. This is crazy. Very poor management. I see many similar complaints in google reviews long time back but problem still persists after one year. Do you care about your customers, Jollybee?

Chicken fresh and tender as always. I went the other day after falling off my bike and injured my leg. A service member was kind to help me through the order and even brought food to me as I patched myself up. Great cust service.

Peach Mango Pie Jollibee 📍 83 Punggol Central, B2-06 Waterway Point West Wing, Singapore 828761 🍧 Dessert wise: The filings of the peach mango were not too bad, the taste of real fruit texture is always nice, but just that one can't really tell between the peach and mango, which is which. The pie wasn't that good, can be improve for sure. Tasted slightly soggy, felt like the pastry did not get cooked in fresh oil either. ✨ Ambience wise: Take away! 🤵🏻 Service wise: The store had an issue with their self service counter and the cashier, hmm hope they don't face this often. 💵 Price wise: $1.80

Waited at the counter for at least 10 mins and cashier refuse to take my order. Horrible service. Staff also ignoring long line at the kiosk, and closed one.

Staffs seemed to too busy n no one is taking orders. I stood there for a good 10mins. And the staff at the counter didn't even bother to tell me to hold on. Till I've to ask, if anyone is taking order loudly. Even the Food delivery guys were talking about them. Super chaotic. Zero service. Waited very long too for my order to be ready. Serving numbers all jumbo up.

Don't feel welcome for this place. The cashier taking order has no customer service, no expression, can't be bother attitude. After ordered, we realised that there's limited seats of 3 tables only, all taken! Back to cashier, ask for refund successfully. Thanks to Jolibee, now I am happily siting next to them - (Tender Fresh). Much much appreciated as a customer here 👍🏻

The food is delicious and the service is very fast.👍 😊 But I ordered the wrong chicken. I love the chicken tenderloin which I try in Changi city point. Tenderloin chicken tastes better than fried chicken.

date 24/9/23 such a bad experience with jollibee outlet at waterway point mall. We are q-ing to order, as usual, I will still order from the cashier instead of going to kiosk because I am paying with cash. in front of us, there is another 2 ladies waiting for their turns, they had ordered from the kiosk but paying in cash too, so need to wait for the cashier staff to assist. for 30mins we waited for the staff to attend to the lady, no staff take the initiative to assist instead they do all other back ends duties. I understand staff has their own roles because I am also a service staff, but there is no system in their duties. nobody is standing at the cashier area to attend cash payment customers, nobody even care to lead us to where and what to do instead ignoring customers. packing needs 2 person to do but instead we saw 4 doing 1 packing. is that the good planning? as a frontliners do mind about customers management. customers dont mind to wait for food to serve but customers mind if their orders not taken and waited too long to make an orders. do not push customers to the kiosk if the customer is already in the line to order because it is a hassle to q back again to pay by cash.

I ordered my food from the app. I waited for an hour as the app did not update. I went and ask about my food. The lady with a tattoo at the back of forearm immediately told the kitchen crew to prepare my order. It could be due to that they forget but the food was great

Expect a wait to get a table. Great that some patrons share tables. Spaghetti and fried chicken is hard to beat.

Waited 15mins in line to order at the kiosk, system error charged the card but showed unsuccessful payment. Went to the counter to fix the issue, amount was refunded but counter staff refused to take the order and asked us to queue at the kiosk to order again. Left to have dinner at another place. Refreshed the transaction and found out we got charged twice but only refunded once. We weren’t even expecting good service, just basic courtesy. If your system doesn’t work, the customer shouldn’t have to bear the consequence. Never going back after such a bad experience.

Recently ordered the Nasi Lemak Chicken (Spicy) and Chickenjoy (Spicy) combo along with Jolly Spaghetti from Jollibee, and it was a delightful experience. The meals were not only delicious but also reasonably priced. All this goodness came at a fair cost, with the total amounting to around S$12 for both meals.

Ordered set of Nasi Lemak with fried chicken. Just look at the state of rice that I received. Hard and cold, inedible and seems like old rice. The waiting time is also very long everytime order at Jolibee Waterway Point. This has never happened at other Jolibee outlets so far. Please improve.

Finally there’s another one that have the spicy chicken burger right. The burger is well prepared, bun is not soggy, the sauce has spicy taste and the chicken is crispy. Surprisingly good. The spicy chicken is nice as well. Worth to try. Joy indeed

I think it's important for management to address the issue of improving the service, processes, and the kiosk system. Despite these passing years, the waiting times still remain quite long. Today's experience was rather disappointing as they didn't have the original chicken flavor at all. It's a shame to see Jollibee slowly becoming known as the Home of the famous killjoy chicken!

👎I need to inform everyone, do not order or eat here in a rush hour 6pm-8pm everyday. The waiting time spoiled our family's mood. Came 6:45pm and got our order 7:50pm. This is not a weekend or holiday. I'm not sure what really happened but the 1 hour plus waiting time is not worth the food, specially if you have kids. It was our time got wasted here. 👎

Went at breakfast time and ordered the Burger Steak Breakfast ($5.25) ala carte takeaway. The self order kiosk worked well and transaction was smooth. The order was fast as there wasn't any people around. The food tasted ok, slightly nice and the price wasn't too expensive. I was however disappointed that the pancakes weren't available when I visited. I really wanted to try the pancakes especially the Pancake Sandwich with egg and bacon which sounds delicious. 🥞 🥓 🥪 The staff there were nice and the store was clean and well maintained. 👍 edit: visited again today and managed to buy the pancake sandwich with egg and bacon that was available, the food tasted delicious and the price was pretty good for what it's worth. I think it's probably the best item on the menu and definitely a new favorite of mine which I recommend. 👍

Ordered a Group Meal of 8 piece chicken bucket from the self ordering kiosk. Took almost 30 minutes to get my order but since it is dinnertime, but I just shrug it off as everyone who ordered is also waiting for their food. Nevertheless, I see at least 7 crew working in the kitchen and orders are really being processed slowly. The thing that I cannot accept is the lack of sitting tables in the restaurant. Place is pretty cramp with people waiting for the next available tables. We have to sit outside an area which is not air-conditioned to eat our meal. And nobody bothers to clean the tables and floor at all. You can see the leftover serviette etc lying around which is yucky. Lastly, the chicken pieces are pretty spicy and tasty. But I took a look around me and noticed another couple sitting nearby who also order a chicken bucket and they are not given any paper plates or whatever, like us. Literally we have to eat from the bucket? Don't tell me to use the serviette to hold the chicken pieces. Oily chicken and serviette don't mix unless you want to eat serviette bits.

The service is really really very slow. It took 40mins to get an order served. There is lack of sitting tables for a big mall. Much can be done to improve the eating experience. Good taste ok.
