Dear Jollibee Management, I am writing to express my extreme disappointment and frustration regarding the unacceptable service I experienced at your Lucky Plaza Orchard outlet. I placed a Grab self-collection order with a stated collection time of 7:41 PM. I arrived before the collection time and waited patiently for my food. However, despite waiting for more than 25 minutes beyond the stated collection time, my order was still not handed to me. What is most unacceptable is that I approached your staff on three separate occasions to enquire about my order. Each time, my concerns were ignored. Two staff members showed no interest in checking the status of my order and did not provide any explanation, update, or assistance. As a paying customer, I found this behaviour extremely disrespectful and unprofessional. While waiting, I observed numerous orders with later queue numbers being prepared and distributed before mine. If the outlet was simply experiencing delays and serving customers according to the queue system, I would have understood and continued waiting patiently. However, it appeared that my order was repeatedly overlooked while newer orders were prioritised. I fully understand that peak dinner hours can be busy. However, being busy is not an excuse for ignoring customers. The issue is not merely the waiting time, but the complete lack of communication, accountability, and customer service shown by your staff. I visited your outlet expecting a basic standard of service. Instead, I was left waiting, ignored repeatedly, and treated as though my order and my time did not matter. This experience was both humiliating and infuriating. I request that Jollibee investigate this incident thoroughly, review the conduct of the staff on duty during that period, and provide an explanation as to why my order was neglected despite my repeated attempts to seek assistance. I would also appreciate knowing what actions will be taken to ensure that other customers do not experience the same treatment in the future. I look forward to receiving a prompt response regarding this matter. Sincerely, Candy Date of Visit:6/6/26 Outlet: Jollibee Lucky Plaza, Orchard Road Collection Time: 7:41 PM Food Received: Approximately 8:08 PM or later

Spicy fried chickens are crispy, juicy, and ACTUALLY spicy, mixing with gravy is a 10/10. IMO the spaghetti isn’t good. The branch is very hectic and not so clean. Should make the queue calling louder so as to not having to walk over multiple times to check or stand & wait so long to pickup foods.

Went here Saturday 7 30 pm, while i understand its weekend and peak hours clearly they were understaff. The kiosk itself does not produce receipt like all the kiosk has a problem so when you didnt pay attention to your order number you wont know it since the screen only flash it one time. Its almost 1h to serve my order 😥

very nice place. the staffs and the manager are very approachable. also, the new kaya toast sundae is suprisingly good! the presentation is appealing and the flavors were rich without being too sweet.
