Was once my favourite fast food but after yesterday experience, I don’t think I will ever eat it again. The gravy was so diluted that it was like water. How can you serve us food in this kind of standard. Very very disappointed. Please get more staff when you know that there’s always crowded during dinner time. Waited for more than 30mins for 1 meal is ridiculous. The only good thing about this outlet is the floor staff. The auntie was very helpful and polite.

The service is very bad. I ordered my food when I heard my order number I went to the counter and to my surprise, they just left it on the counter! And i need to guess if the food at the counter is mine. Not so busy also but the filipino lady is totally ignoring me, i need to wait for someone to approach me if i need something. Beside is not even busy to settle a 1 minute order hand over to me. Suddenly a person just came in and ask me (YES??!) ??? What a rude way though. I told him that my order comes with drinks right?! I had to wait there very long, even though they see me standing. Not recommended at all❌ not worth it to even eat here! Waste of my time!!

Serves food like numbers are fictional and queues haven't been invented. Massive backlog of people waiting to collect their food and the staff takes their time to lovingly caress each item before bagging them. Repeatedly calls 2 numbers who haven't collected while neglecting the bags upon bags of food ready to go behind them. Turns away customers whose numbers are on those very bags. Ignores customers trying to get their attention. Berated a customer for not picking up his food when called, when he had been ignored earlier while doing precisely that. If I wanted to experience an agonizing wait for my time while getting humiliated, I would go to prison instead of ordering at this outlet. Fries are still better than McDonald's tho.

Supervisor for sure super lousy. Schedule closed 10pm but 915pm almost half restaurant tables are compulsory closed. So lousy and yet customer service where she just shouted at the auntie cleaner to demand to close the table and dont let all other customers who still on the q maybe to eat and STAND. SUCH AN "AWESOME" ATTITUDE TO CHASE CUSTOMER!!

HORRIBLE CLEANLINESS. I approached the counter to change my order as they gave me spicy instead of original. I saw the staff empty a whole batch of oil/sauce onto the floor and into what looked like a floor drain, beside a huge bin and right beside where the ready food is stacked. The staff member placed my chicken back to the pile and I had to remind him it was already bitten into after I tasted it to be spicy. Back at the seating area, they were using a bleach mixture to sanitize tables which is a foul smell to have while eating your meal. One of the worst outlets, will never revisit.

Guess their chicken joys have been cut down to size, they barely even fill half the box now. The staff flat out refused to make any changes saying that the pieces are standard sizes. ( For comparison, their direct fast food chain competitors were more than willing to make changes in such situations). Furthermore, their drink dispenser was broken: the drinks were splattering out instead of flowing out. There was no way of getting the drinks without getting your clothes dirty. Don't you have the decency of checking to ensure that your equipment are functional?

My 1st time at Jollibee. Usu the long queue puts me off but today I didn't see that many customers at noon so decided to order. But queue came later at 1230. Ordered spicy 2 pieces. The chicken pieces were really small, quite disappointed but lucky the taste made up for the lack of size. Coleslaw n fries were ok but portions again were small.

First time try jollibee. Usually see quite long queue for their fried chicken. It not oily as some competitors so yes for the chicken meat. Dipping sauce has a unique taste. Small outlet for nex as compared to other outlet. Service pretty fast and orderly

I ate Jollibee for the first time here and the original chicken blew my mind with how good it was . However the portion sizes were quite small, but given the flavour I think its still worth the money. I tried the original chicken in another Jollibee branch and it wasn't as good as this one. Will come back here again

Tbh, this outlet at NEX is the worst and smallest outlet amongst all. They have limited seatings so you got to standby waiting for a while. The waiting time for orders is super long on Sunday and the size of the chicken here is really smaller as mentioned in most reviews. The chicken is tasty but customer would prefer a standard size chicken part. The portion of their pasta is really lesser than expected, it is filled half of the box. The nasi lemak rice is just normal white rice which is funny right? The drinks are diluted as it tastes different. Oh my Gosh.. I’m not gonna dine here again.. Bad decision made today.

Small little jollibee, third time coming here. Affordable 2pc rice set compared to other places. Thoughts? Chicken were very juicy, and spicy too, very good. Gravy and rice is a must have. Haven’t tried spaghetti before because it’s outside of my budget but plainly sticking to rice set, good place for a after work meal. 5pm. Not a lot of people.

Super super long wait time for take away. Seems like they only do order for dine in only . Seems like the man in grey is the manager and he only sauce packing. While the new girl is doing the difficult order packing. Lousy and lousy and lousy.

Ordered and received foods very different .. No spicy chicken, no spaghetti, no mango pie.. What the hell guys.. Take people money and can seve the correct one ?? my little girl not well, want to eat spaghetti so purposely went there and buy.. Cone back with only original 😩😡
