Order #4332 20 Jun 2026 I ordered 2 sets of Chickenjoy & Spaghetti Combos (each set includes 2 pieces of chicken, 1 spaghetti, and 1 Mango Peach Pie). However, both sets were missing the spaghetti. I only discovered the missing items after returning all the way to Sengkang, which was extremely inconvenient and disappointing. This reflects very poor packing standards. What makes this even more frustrating is that this is not the first time this has happened. I hope greater care can be taken to ensure orders are checked properly before being handed to customers, and I would appreciate an appropriate resolution for the missing items and the inconvenience caused.

The food was amazing, with excellent service. The cashier was really friendly and went through the options thoroughly. Service was on point and will certainly come back again!

Ordered 2 sets of meal. Spicy chicken is so small and miserable. Original non spicy looks more decent for a single piece. This outlet has bad ventilation and full of oily smell. With no aircon and wind flow. Overhead many diners complain the bad oily smell and stuffiness in this outlet. Makes me headache smelling the “oiliness in the air” Need to be seated near the entrance to feel the aircon in the mall instead.

Very tasty fried chicken, but also overly salty. I felt my life bar decreasing with each mouthful of chicken. The skin was crisp and well marinated while the chicken meat was tender and juicy. Everything else was a wash though. The spicy nuggets can be rinsed under the running tap for a minute and would still be laden with MSG and BBQ sauce. The hotdog has the worst bun I have ever eaten for a hotdog bread. All in all, just eat the chicken at Jollibee and nothing else.

Bad customer service. Asked the staff to replace our spaghetti platter because some of us cannot take spicy food. We ordered non spicy but we were served spicy spaghetti. Staff refused to do it. Came out as a family of 8pax on 12 dec 2025 and ordered combo set (with spaghetti platter) and 2 more set meals to feed my family. We tasted the spaghetti platter and found that it was spicy, even though we ordered non-spicy. This was important as several of my family members cannot eat spicy food. We went to the counter and asked if they could give us a new spaghetti platter. We didnt ask for any other dishes to be replaced, just the spaghetti. However, the staff kept insisting that the spaghetti was not spicy since they didnt label the cover as spicy. I understand that there was no spicy label, but the staff didnt even try to rectify or check if they made any mistakes. I specifically told her that some members of my family couldnt take spicy food, and asked her if she could give me a new platter. She kept insisting it was not spicy. To prove her point, she got a new bag of spaghtti sauce, poured it out into a little cup and handed it to me to taste, to show that it was not spicy. Yes, lady, that new sauce u gave me was not spicy. Its a new bag. The spaghetti platter served to my family was spicy. I explained that to her a few times, and tried explaining to the other staff who came over to help. But they still insisted it was not spicy. In the end i gave up asking for a new one and just brought the platter back to my family. My family members who couldnt take spicy food had to eat just the fries and the little cup of non spicy spaghetti sauce. I am not upset because we were served the wrong item. Mistakes happen. I am upset because i specifically said i have family members who cannot take spicy food, and the staff did not care. Service standards can be improved.
