Tried Jollibee and ordered the $9.90 Value Meal, which comes with spaghetti, 2 pieces of fried chicken and a drink. Honestly, for $9.90, I think it’s quite a good deal, especially if you’re hungry because the portion is pretty filling. The spaghetti has that typical Jollibee sweet-style sauce, so it’s definitely sweeter than the usual tomato-based spaghetti. I personally quite like the taste, although I think it would be even better with a bit more spice or a stronger savory flavor. The fried chicken was pretty good. The skin was crispy and the chicken inside was juicy, and getting 2 pieces made a big difference compared to a single-piece meal. The chicken was also nicely seasoned without being overly salty. The drink completes the set, so you don’t really need to add anything else unless you’re extra hungry. I also like that the whole meal is quite straightforward — chicken, spaghetti and drink, basically everything you need for a filling meal. Service was fairly quick when I visited, although I can imagine the outlet getting crowded during peak hours and seating may be harder to find. Overall, I’d say the $9.90 Value Meal is worth trying if you want something affordable and filling. The combination of 2 pieces of fried chicken and spaghetti is quite satisfying for the price. Nothing too fancy, but it does the job well. I’d probably order the same set again.

Terrible customer service, especially from one staff member named Alaine Mar. I had a very unpleasant experience with the customer service here. The way Alaine Mar spoke to me was extremely rude and unwelcoming. I was dressed casually that day just a sando shirt and slippers typically “pang bahay” and honestly, I felt like I was being judged based on how I was dressed. As a customer, I believe everyone deserves to be treated with basic courtesy and respect, regardless of what they are wearing or how they look. Customer service should be friendly, polite, and welcoming. Unfortunately, I didn’t feel that way at all during our interaction. He didn’t even smile and seemed irritated while talking to us. I understand that working in a restaurant can be tiring and stressful, but customers shouldn’t have to feel the impact of someone’s frustration or exhaustion at work. What made the experience even more disappointing was that while we were eating, I noticed how he interacted with other customers, particularly in Chinese decent maybe Singaporean customers. He was noticeably friendlier, more polite, and even smiled when talking to them. However, when dealing with us, who are also Filipino, his attitude was completely different. It was honestly disappointing to experience what felt like different treatment depending on the customer. We are all customers and should be treated with the same level of respect. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and reminds staff that good customer service means treating everyone equally and respectfully, regardless of their appearance or nationality. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I would not recommend this restaurant for Filipinos, but the foods definitely one of the best.

Jollibee Review — 7.5/10 🍔🍟🥭 We tried the burger, fries, cold drink and Peach Mango Pie at Jollibee. 🍔 Burger — 9/10: The burger was the highlight. The bun was soft, and the masala punch in the burger was really good. The vegetable filling itself was quite simple, mainly lettuce, but the seasoning gave the burger a distinctive flavour. Compared with KFC, Burger King and McDonald’s, I found the masala and overall taste more interesting. 🍟 Fries — 5/10: The fries were quite dry and were probably the weakest part of the meal. However, the hot and chilli sauce was excellent—it added moisture, spice and flavour and made the fries much more enjoyable. 🥤 Cold drink — 7/10: Nothing extraordinary, but it went well with the meal. 🥭🍑 Peach Mango Pie — 6/10: It was okay, but honestly, it could have been much better. The peach-mango combination sounded more exciting than the actual taste. Not something I would particularly order again. Overall — 7.5/10 The burger is definitely worth trying, especially for its masala punch. The fries need improvement, and the Peach Mango Pie was just average.

This is my first time trying Jollibee, and it’s perfect! I love the chicken! it’s very tender. Also, the mashed potatoes are juicy! The staff also provide good service and are kind! There are many promotions here, so you can buy at a cheaper price. 😁

First time tried Jollibee like two decades ago at lucky plaza but found it strange with rice. Today just tried again as one piece chicken and noted that from this outlet, the skin was crispy and meat was tender. In fact it was served piping hot. And then a small side of nice whipped potato gravy was given as a condiment which was very nice too. But what was most amazing about this outlet was a very diligent worker who was seen actively wiping down tables and even the chairs. When wiping the trays, she even wiped the walls. This never happened at other fast food restaurants and I even need to wipe tables myself. I praised Her and learned that her name is Doris. Edit: I went again the next day 31 May 26 night. The chicken was not as piping hot but still hot enough. Business was good. At about 930 pm the self order kiosk was off. Doris was observed hard at work wiping down the machines including the keypads for quite a long time. She was such a good staff.
