Try the outlet near Bugis Street, it's quite busy maybe because it's dinner time. The outlet is quite spacious, there are quite a lot of tables with a seating capacity of 4 people. All seating is indoor. my order: * Spicy Chicken Burger The bun is thick but not fluffy, the patty is crispy & crunchy, but the spiciness is really good, they put lettuce on the burger too. The claim is right, it is spicier or at least for me. * Spaghetti The pasta is quite al dente, the sauce tends to be sweet, topped with melted cheese & there are a few pieces of sausage. * Apple Juice Familiar taste, probably common apple juice. No refills. The service is relatively fast, the staff are quite helpful & mostly are senior citizens.

Easy access and convenient location for a quick bite. It’s a bit busy to dine in so I take out. The staff actually forgot my drink and I didn’t realize it until back to hotel which was a hassle and disappointment for me. I went back the same afternoon and got the drink that I should have received earlier. There’s no one to blame, I should have checked my order when receiving as well.

Bear in mind that you might have to wait for 30min+ when dine in at lunch hour. Remember to check your chicken right at the counter because the moment you brought it to the table, no changes can be made. Not sure why the staff give so little of chilli sauce? 3 pcs of chicken only give 3 packs. Even though asking for more than the staff face like I owe them some money 😂 There's 1 uncle quite old alr, he's very friendly and always smiling. He normally will take orders at the counter. The chicken is very nice. I really love the Spicy chicken set eating together with the chilli sauce .

The chicken joy was so flavorful and juicy including the meat. I did not need to dip in gravy. The beef steak was ok, not as good as in the philippines. The self service kiosks only accept NETS card, so without it you need to pay with cash

don't eat with rice, eat with mashed potatoes. the chicken is a bit different and more seasoned and they only serve real chicken skin with less flour

I had great expectations, but this branch was a bit of a disappointment. I ordered 2pcs chicken joy meal for $8.40. It came with one spicy leg and one regular breast. The leg was ok, the skin was not very crispy, and spicy level was very mild. The breast came up-side down and wasn’t presented well, but I found the breast surprisingly tender and juicy, but tender to the point it almost didn’t feel it like was chicken. The skin was not crispy, and came out similar to KFC regular. At most 3 stars - it filled me up.

Nice fried chicken place which was very very busy during dinner time. We got lucky with seating but would imagine people would be waiting for seating for a long time normally. The fried chicken was very juicy with a crispy skin which is a nice change compared to KFC. The mango peach pie was also very yummy. The spaghetti was average but edible. Pictured: Value for 2 (2 piece fried chicken with gravy, spaghetti, mango peach pie)

the place is small and always full, maybe because of the strategic location close to Bugis Street. suitable for those looking for halal food. the most pleasant thing is the very helpful staff.

This has been the worst experience at a Jollibee's franchise. My partner paid for 2 pieces of chickenjoy and was visibly shocked when the chicken pieces were abysmal. We went to the front counter to ask for an explanation and were met with a rude response from one of the managers, saying that she refuses to change any of our order as 'it has been touched' and 'this is the new standard size for chicken'. We spent the rest of the night not touching our food and had our evening spoilt. PLEASE BOYCOTT JOLLIBEE'S

I kinda like it, this is my first time eating in Jollibee. It’s a halal certified which obviously safe option for moslem. The chicken are tender and juicy, well seasoned. An alright french fries and decent gravy sauce. Asked for chilli sauce and then you’re good to go. The combo package portion is good enough for me. Will definitely try their other menus.

Located at the corner of the junction, this is easily noticeable. The self-service kiosks streamline your ordering process, but be prepared for crowds during lunch hours. The flavorful chicken, seasoned to perfection, is a standout. Soft drinks are self-service, though no refills. A tasty experience worth the wait!

Venturing into the bustling scene of Bugis, the Jollibee outlet stands out amidst the crowd. The integration of self-order kiosks not only streamlines the ordering process but also accommodates the bustling nature of the locale, ensuring efficiency during peak hours. What sets Jollibee Bugis apart is its unwavering commitment to maintaining consistent food quality, mirroring the standards upheld by its sister branches. One standout on the menu is the spaghetti, offering a distinctive blend of sweetness and sourness that encapsulates the essence of Asian flavors. This unique twist adds a memorable touch to the classic spaghetti dish, making it a highlight for those seeking a departure from the ordinary. Another notable gem is the spicy chicken, which distinguishes itself in the realm of fast-food chains. The bold and zesty flavors of the chicken set it apart, presenting a refreshing departure from the conventional fast-food fare. The infusion of Asian-inspired tastes adds a layer of uniqueness, making the dining experience at Jollibee Bugis a flavorful journey. Despite the bustling atmosphere, the efficient service and remarkable food quality contribute to a positive overall dining encounter. For those craving a taste adventure that goes beyond the ordinary, Jollibee Bugis proves to be a satisfying destination where the enticing flavors of Asia come to life.

Had their two piece Chicken Joy here. I think this is one of the better places to have Jolibee. The original chicken doesn’t have a strong burnt smell as compared to other branches. The restaurant is a bit small though so it can be hard to find seats.

Bugis outlet is always busy, managed to get a seat for 1 pax dine in. I ordered 3 pcs chicken tender meals for a quick bite, and it was indeed a very quick one. For $7.60, i think it is not worth the price! The chicken tender is so petite in sizes and can easily be finished in a go for goodness sake!! You can charge higher by all means thanks to inflation, but please be mindful too on what you served to consumer. Your price for this pathetic meal is ridiculous for the portion you served, and it is not even upsized! C'mon Jollibee, i love your food, so do better!

Food was quite good. Chicken was nice but a little dry. Only got to sit for 20 minutes before the staff made us leave to make room for more customers :( No straws or lids :( How can a coke stay crisp if there’s no lid to contain the Fizz? :(

Ordered on 6 April, evening time about 8 to 9pm. We went to order at the kiosk as there was a lot of people ordering at the counter. The bad side of ordering at the kiosk, is that you cannot choose what cut of chicken you get. So after we ordered, we asked the staff at the front if can change the chicken to drumstick. But the guy just shrugged. So we thought maybe at least 1 of the chicken pcs we got would be drum. But no, all of them were the other kind. And food was dry and awful. The sauce that came with the beef patty and rice, was like water. No thickness whatsoever. As shown in the first picture. After i poured it out. And it was also tasteless. The only saving grace was the rice. Its like the staff just pack whatever ugly piece of chicken inside. Because its for takeaway and we wouldn't be coming back. Won't be buying from here again.

In love with their chicken! The gravy doesn't put in much flavour though.. But the chicken, me likey! Not that pricey but not that cheap, but that's fine, cuz u can choose the soft drinks and many types of side dishes to be paired with your chicken... The Milo was good, the fries taste like cassava to me, makin my tummy full.. So this worth the try y'all.
