Bad service. I had a very disappointing experience at Jollibee. I clearly ordered spicy chicken and requested no breast pieces, but I was served original chicken with a breast piece. To make sure, I went to the counter and asked if my order was spicy or original. The staff checked and told me it was spicy. After my son tried the chicken skin, he immediately said it wasn’t spicy. A customer sitting next to our table also commented that it looked like the original chicken. I went back to the counter for the second time and told the staff that I had tried it and it was not spicy. This time, the staff checked again and admitted that it was actually original chicken. They replaced it with spicy chicken, but it was still a breast piece, even though I had specifically requested no breast. When I went back again, the staff seemed unhappy to help. In the end, I had no choice but to keep it. Since my son doesn’t eat breast meat, I had to pay extra to buy another piece for him. Very poor service. I had to go back to the counter multiple times because of the staff’s mistakes, and the service attitude made the experience even more disappointing.

Very poor service at this outlet. The family (in foreground) wanted my table when they already occupied 2 other smaller tables. They were eyeing my table for some time which they can join to make a bigger one. I hadn't finished my drink when I had to take an important phone call. Without warning, the elderly Jollibee cleaning crew (in red uniform & cap) grabbed my tray, said 'you finished?' while I was still talking on the phone and seated at the table. I pulled my tray back from him. After my call, I spoke to the female Malay manager about the incident. She did not do anything, just listened passively. She did not even counsel the crew. The crew, saw me talk to the manager, then accused me of trying to 'make big' of the incident. He then went over to the family to talk about me for his own support. A quarrel ensued between me and the family. I told the family that they should wait for another table, not push me out to take my table just becos they wanted it. The family did not apologise and dismissed the incident by saying 'It's all good'. But it wasn't 'all good' for me. I was just minding my own business having my meal quietly until this family came and wanted my table during my meal. And the crew even criticised me even though I started nothing. Although the chicken was good, the awful experience marred my evening. I'll never go to this outlet again. What right has this family and the crew got to grab a customer's table just because they wanted it?

Not necessarily the fastest. Took 15 minutes to prepare nuggets, fries, and coke. Reconsider other places to get food if time is critical. Not FASTFOOD.

Service was fast and quick, the counter staff was attentive and kind on requests. I came by this outlet a few times and the first time trying at this outlet and my overall experience was enjoyable.
