Had a really pleasant experience at 4Fingers thanks to Engku at the cashier! Engku was friendly, welcoming and very helpful throughout the ordering process. Service was quick and efficient, and the positive attitude made the whole experience even better. It’s always nice to be served by someone who genuinely makes customers feel welcome. Great service, Engku. Keep it up! 😊👏

Had came here for years since my poly days. Service is always fast and efficient. Never had to queue at all. The sushis are too dry though. The rest of the food are ok. Just recently, the Kitchen staff was very professional, thoughtful, and proactive when she saw that my arm is in a splint and had trouble with carrying my order to my table. She called another staff to carry my order to my table.👍🏻

There are always plenty of seats. The service rendered by the counter staff (Mr Engku) is excellent. He is very attentive and made sure I get the best deal during ordering. When there is no customer ordering, he will do his round to check with customers to make sure they are ok with the food being served. Thumbs up to Mr Engku 👍👍👍 for going the extra mile.

Can management please spend some money on properly fitting cups and lids, or at least give customers a carrier to put their takeaway drinks in?? The cup is too big to fit into the lid!!! Took it to the service counter and auntie had to forcefully jam the lid onto my cup. As soon as I stepped out my drink was spilling out all over my hand, phone and clothes!!
