I was really surprised with the food here. Coz few times I buy fast food from other brands around 4-5pm the fried chicken will be damn cold and not crunchy hot at all. But Jollibee at bedok mall really surprised me. The fried chicken is juicy, crunchy and hot when served. The staffs are all polite. The surroundings and table everything is clean too. Will visit again to this outlet when I go to bedok next time!

Not sure what's up with the other bad reviews. Ordered delivery via foodpanda and enjoyed our food! We got the 8 piece bucket and tried the spaghetti as well. The delivery was fast and food came within 20 mins. The spicy chicken is really good! Much better than the original (even though for KFC I prefer original more than spicy). First time trying Jollibee but I would eat again! The gravy is interesting and we had mixed reviews among us. I personally liked it but 1 of my friend found it weird. Can't comment on service or atmosphere as we ordered delivery. But nothing was missing from the order and packaging was good as well.

Ordered a takeaway which includes a 3pc with 2 sides. Upon reaching home discovered only given 1 mashed potato instead of 2. The sauce for the chicken is also missing. Tried calling up the branch but no one answers the call even after 3 tries.

Newly opened. Enough seatings but may be difficult to find on a weekend afternoon or weekday night. Standard jollibee fare. We had the spaghetti and Nasi Lemak set today. Ratings as follows. Nasi lemak - 3/5 Spaghetti- 4/5 Saving grace for the nasi lemak was the jollibee chicken which was juicy inside with crunchy skin.

Place is okay and welcoming. Food is awesome and cooked to perfection. Need to wait a bit in lunchtime, that's fine for me. Environment is cosy and comfortable enough for Tuesday lunchtime.

I like Jollibee but my first experience at Bedok Mall outlet is extremely disappointing. I placed my order at 1320pm as you can see on the receipt/image. I waited till around 1342， I noticed my food seems to be ready at the collection counter, even though my number wasn't called. I walked over to check. the staff told me i have to wait an other 20mins, wt….the fast food waiting time even longer then the restaurant？！unbelievable！！！ One thing for sure is that I will never patronise this outlet in future.

I’m very disappointed! I queued for 25mins for a bucket of 8 and when I reached home the bucket only consist of 6 chicken and I even requested no leg part but 2 out of 8 were leg part. I paid for 8 pcs and not 6! Please check my receipt!!! Hello? 🙄😡 I don’t normally write bad reviews but this is worst! Not gonna order again!

Very disappointing experience today. I went there for my meal alone today. I was first served my drink and side dish. The chicken weren’t ready yet so I went back my table to wait. When they called me out to pick up the remaining item, to my horror upon returning to my seat, my unfinished drink and side dish was cleared away from the table. Worst still, my personal belonging, a bag of medication was thrown away! I confronted the crew and no one offered to help! This is totally unacceptable! I demand an apology from the management.

I think most of the bad reviews were for the takeaway. Mine as well. I ordered the 2 piece chick and spaghetti, chicken tenders and chicken sandwich. Waited almost 40 mins. The chicken tenders and spaghetti was sitting in a lonesome bag for almost 15 mins waiting for the chicken sandwich to be ready. The food kept warm though so it didn’t get cold. BUT. The spaghetti sauce is yucky. And sweet. With 2 tiny slivers of what looks like canned sausage. Might as well don’t put in. Makes it look really bad. The chicken tenders were the nicest of the lot. Tender and tasty. The chicken sandwich was ordinary. Mc spicy or zinger both better. The 2 chicken pieces were tender but tasteless. There’s something wrong with the system though. I spotted at least 6 pax in the kitchen but the same 2 taking order and packing food. Very very slow.

Super angry actually dun even wan to give 1 star at all as this bedok mall jolibee is the worse outlet. everytime buy from them everytime make me super angry amd tis is only my 2nd time Honestly will never never give them anymore chance at all. Always tell them i only wan thigh n leg they say cannot and where other jolibee got no issue at all. All outlet allow us to chose except bedok mall. counter staff say will try their best to give me more thighs n leg and i waited for 30min for my order about 20 min when i check with them why talk so long she tell me because i ask for thighs n leg so they need to cook new one so ask me to wait for another 10 min. Total i bought 16 chicken and i told her not to give mw chicken wing end up i got 4 chicken wing 6 breast rib ,2 leg and 2 thigh this is her so call try their best. Pls do not do not buy from bedok out when u are paying the same money and get disappointed and angry only. Pls get ur manager to contact me asap. 🤬🤬😡😡😡😡😡

Simply amazed with their fast service here in Jollibee Bedok. Even though they have a lot of crowd, they still managed to serve orders fast. Quality of food is always there in jollibee. That is why we always bring our kid here whenever she doesn't have an appetite. Jollibee never failed us with their delicious chicken, no wonder it's our daughter's favorite food.

They prepare all the orders before yours and then when your order is ready is when Foodpanda dispatch it to another rider because you are there but you never received it. No priorities at all. If your burger is busy making, don't make it our problem, face it and deal with it.

The Worst fried chicken in my life. I ate Jollibee many times, but Bedok Mall branch really worst. Even Drumstick the meat also can become damn dry like Chicken Breast, and the Meat NO TASTE AT ALL! THE WORST FRIED CHICKEN!
