We came in for late lunch using our DBS Rewards voucher. The service was extremely fast and food was great. Noticed that they have Christmas promotions on going for the festivities. The restaurant was well decorated to keep up with the festive mood. The simply vanilla ice cream was adorned with a rich amount of almond nuts. My son enjoyed the overall atmosphere and service. Well done!

Went there with my mum and sisters for lunch. Was served by the beautiful Rajah. Even though she is special, her customer service is excellent! Really loved it when she tells us what she is serving so we know which dish is for whom. Thank you so much Rajah! Such a pleasant experience!

Furniture wasn't comfortable to sit. Old and run down space. Staff arguing in the shop with manager while we dined. VERY overpriced food.. Waited 30min for waffles and the waffles was not even hot when served. (shop was less than half filled). Female staff was lovely, that's the only redeeming factor. Won't be back here again

I love seeing Swensen combine different talent in their restaurant. Job opportunities should be given to different type of person, eg: special need Looking at the staff working i feel happy Seeing them making a contribution to the F&B industry

Not a bad Swensen Outlet at Sun Plaza, always love the food at Swensen, their ice cream the best, the curry baked and all their burgers the BEST

Understaffed, waited 15 mins to get seats, another 15 mins for food to be served... And another 15 minutes just to make payments. The restaurant also have grab orders... But the waiting time is very long

Ordered ice cream cake for collection here and good that they will bring out the cake and confirmed it is yours. However, they should wear plastic gloves when taking the cake out, and not with bare hands. The staff name Huggy (if I am not wrong) literally has his bare fingers scrap into some part of the cake. I know is not like 100% his fault as not easy to handle the cake but seriously food is going into people's mouth and they just need to be mindful when handling food.

Regular here at Swenson. Not bad for most dishes, except these 2 dishes : Salmon Baked Rice - salty Lamp Chop - too fatty

The food is nice. Service here is very good. One of the aunties is very proactive and willing to step out of her way to help the customers. We got the Creamy Mushroom Soup with Bread Bowl, Impossible Burger, and Ribeye Steak.

Came on a weekday lunch. Was skeptical at first by the bad reviews. But luckily we still came in. Service by Uncle Jacky was excellent. He was very friendly, helpful in explaining the membership app via Telegram, very jovial in helping us with few photo shots for my mum's bday. Service crew Ruth was courteous too, attentive to clear the finished plates. Both the fish & Chips(yummy fries) n the Lamb chops(w mint sauce❤️) were very very good too. Thanks chefs. No crowd thus we had a very pleasant bday lunch. Thank you, team.

Very nostalgic… ate Swensen’s growing up. Food is very average but yet so comforting. My go to is always the baked rice!

Ordered a double whammy ice cream and the waffle was so hard, it was impossible to cut. Texture was like very dry biscuits. Extremely slow service due to lack of manpower. Not the first time that we had to wait for very long just to get the attention of the waiter or manager.
