First time try Pepper lunch express, see what is the difference between Pepper Lunch restaurant vs Pepper lunch Express. For the Pepper Chicken Rice: There is no ddd $3 dollars to jumbo size (only for restaurant). Taste: Almost the same for both restaurant and Express. Chicken at restaurant more tender.

We were at White Sand mall food court hunting for food… then saw this stall…the pictures & the smell from the kitchen caught our attention so we decided to give it a try… Meat texture is ok & taste is average when compared with other western good seller…. The disappointment come from the soup, is not hot so it doesn’t taste good & the presentation also look weird… For me, I feel there is room for improvement & they need to pay more attention to prepare the food.

Would like to write this review on behalf of my wife: My wife came to this outlet for the first time and she was disappointed and frustrated to have such a appalling experience from one of your service staff. She wanted to order a takeaway meal, and your staff rudely replied to her that most of the menu items has sold out, but she realise that the customer in front of her earlier had ordered and nothing of that sort happens to them, and when her turn to order, then this happened? Totally unacceptable behaviour from your staff! Please be better, by improving your staff’s customer service. Safe to say will not patronise at this outlet ever in the future.

Should remove the word Express(Pepper Lunch Express) because of 50 mins waiting time for take away. This outlet got a lot of customers end up don't want to order because of the waiting time when being informed by staff.

One of my favourite things to eat at White Sands. The prices are ok and the food is great, I love the sauces.
