had an extremely unpleasant experience at this Pepper Lunch Express outlet, largely due to the cashier’s unprofessional and rude behaviour. She failed to acknowledge our presence properly and displayed a visibly irritated and dismissive attitude throughout the ordering process. Her tone and facial expressions made us feel unwelcome and uncomfortable, to the point where we were discouraged from completing our order or adding anything further. This level of service is completely unacceptable, and it has left a very negative impression. This will definitely be my first and last visit to this outlet.

I had a wonderful experience at Pepper Lunch Sun Plaza. The whole transaction was smooth and hassle-free, from ordering to receiving the food. The staff were polite and efficient, making the dining process very pleasant. As for the food, the quality was excellent — fresh ingredients, well-prepared, and served hot just the way Pepper Lunch is known for. The sizzling plate really brought out the flavors, and every bite was satisfying. Definitely a place I would recommend for both convenience and taste.
