I have ordered a MEGA Beef Pepper Rice. The portion of the beef should be 2.5X but I appeared to be the same as the regular one. I even check with the staff, and the staff claim that it is Mega beef pepper rice. Very disappointed with the service and the FAKE POSTER Advertised. The picture shows much more beef than the one I received. There a long queue ordering doesn’t mean that can cut the portion of the order. Will never ever visit this store again.

The portion of meat was dissapointing. When asked, the staff said it's according to standard measurements. If i gave my pet this portion of meat my pet wouldnt even be full from it.

After reading through other reviews, it’s clear that rude service here isn’t a one off issue. When I ordered my dinner, I tried to get a value meal but it was so noisy in the kopitiam that the cashier; a Chinese guy with glasses and a tattoo sleeve on his right arm probably didn’t hear me properly. I repeated my order and instead of simply clarifying, he sighed and said "i asked if you wanted to add anything then you said no.” There was no need for that tone but i just said "fine, sorry" to move things along, but honestly the staff here could really benefit from better training in basic customer service.

All the food here is excellent. The rump strips are high quality, and the mashed potato is perfectly prepared - lightly seasoned and not overly buttery. It is great that the meal includes corn and cabbage, making it a well-balanced option. Notably, the hot plate is kept at a proper temperature that does not burn the food, which sets it apart from some other Pepper Lunch Express branches. Service at the cashier is both patient and efficient.
