states that shop closes at 8:30pm but i came at 750pm and the aunty said theyre already doing closing? staff so unfriendly other times i came too.

Love their Tau Suan and porridge with fried you tiao. Oh their crisp 斎鹅is super delicious too. I alway get to just munch on it or go with bee hoon. Only thing to complain is their soya milk why not the same as Nex mall use fresh hot ones but in bottles? Good to have fresh hot soya milk with you tiao! This area no one selling fresh hot soya milk. Pity.

Try to hide my order and what I order they don't come and what I order less they add in. Stupid am I right think I don't know how to chdkc my order? Cannot do ser form them such a inresponavle comaony and they try to cheat

Last week my colleagues and I bought the you tiao and butterfly there, too powdery and very soft, not cook through. Very disappointed, not going to buy from this outlet.

Today 14/9/23 afternoon 230pm I actually write to feedback the branch at Hougang river court. When I pass by douhculture at above mention place but no one at the counter so I walk around for awhile then go back again finally that a 2 Malay auntie was at the counter when I stand in front of them they still chitchat and didn’t know I’m waiting there till I say hello’s to them . U know what because of my hello one of the older lady was shouting at me say I was scared the death of her. What the staff you employed. I will not visit this store in future.

Bought the fried sweet potato today. It is very very small & thin, about half the size of the previous ones I bought. Previously, the staff would give 2 pieces if they were small. But today the lady said no no, this is considered as big piece. (Forgot to take photo to show.)

The lady behind the counter was extremely helpful, and the peanut fritters were light with generous filling. Will definitely buy again.
