I seem to have arrived at an opportune time 🤩 because at 5.45pm, there was only one person in front of me at the cash counter 👍🏻 My order was taken with relative ease and dine-in number called to collect within five minutes wow! Food tasted alright but was definitively cooked fresh hot so no problems there 🥹❤️ I always get the same two-piece chicken no spice with fries and coke so five stars for accuracy of my food choice :) for sure this Filipino chain is worth a visit especially during off-peak periods 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Excellent Fried Chicken! Hands down the best fast food fried chicken. Crispy, juicy and full of flavour.. dip it on the gravy and its divine. This outlet is clean has lots of seats and ordering is fuss free on their ordering kiosk. Service is fast too. Downside is that they only accept NETS and no paywave. I also noticed that the rice has shrunk to half the size but the 2 piece fried chicken with rice and drinks meal is still good value for your buck.

Jollibee is my go-to place whenever I crave fast food chicken so I decided to drop by this outlet to get some cravings satisfied. Was very disappointed at how the spaghetti had so many parts that were uncooked (not even Al dente), and it made it terribly difficult to eat because every few mouthful has hard and uncooked spaghetti.

I've tried a couple of outlets...mostly the food is good. But the one at suntec somehow miss the mark. Skin too hard u can't even bite through

Chicken was pale and pinkish . Did not dare to eat it as it was for myself and my 4 years old. Disappointed in this branch. The others so far was great

Staff was not as friendly as I can remember when visiting Jollibee. Food was good but missing items in our order was not good. I ordered pies along with my combos and the pies didn't show up. No water either and the fountain drink is not free refill. This place only accepts cash or netpay. No Visa or Mastercard here; which s@cks for tourists.

My first time patronizing the store, serving burgers, rice meal, spaghetti, chicken. A mixture of Western and Oriental style. The food I ordered tasted well and service was quite prompt and located not far from the escalator heading down from the level 1.

Tried spicy fried chicken and peach-mango pie. The fried chicken comes with gravy. It was better than expected. The pie was so so. The sauce inside was too watery and very hot. I purchased through a kiosk, I didn’t not notice credit card payment option available.

Bad service. I did a take away and waited 30 mins for my order. I was checking on my order if it was ready after waiting for 25 mins and the service staff answered back in a very rude manner. They don’t feel sorry at all. The best part is they only gave me half a packet of fries.

I actually really enjoyed how easy it was To order using the kiosks, staff were super friendly and gave me so many packets of spicy ketchup, the chicken was crazy fresh and crispy, within thin batter which I appreciated, we got the spaghetti as well but maybe I’m not accustomed to the taste yet, wasn’t a fav, the peach and mango pie always delicious and so fresh, piping hot!

Came in a group of 9 teens. Saw a big table and wanted to sit and order. Rude worker came and asked how many people. I said 9 and he said must split, table is for 7. I asked if its OK if we squeeze and he said "u don't understand split?". I said I understand, but asking if can squeeze, else is there a table for 9. He said u must split. Terrible attitude, rude worker. Hope that something will be done about it.

Still love the spicy fried chicken from Jollibee even though the price has increased. The chicken is still tender on the inside and crispy in the outside. Well-flavoured and juicy. Not a fan of the sides, but the fries are OK. Spacious seating area. Order at the machines as usual. There is a sink round the corner to walk your hands.

I've been here many times before, I ordered a set, the chicken was dry and oily and most of it was leather and I ordered a yum burger, I said no dressin, it came with meat and bread. When I had it before, it had cheese, it wasn't good at all, I won't go back here again.

Location is prime but i seriously think the payment method can be improved. I am so vex with the service there. We dont have payanyone and they dont accept paynow. I dont have cash and they dont accept credit cards... then how? And when we were there dining, a staff climbed up near us to wipe the lights...emmm those dusk addons.... and it was 11-ish... Food was ok but the serving is really small... will not go back again. Sorry. 😭😭😭

There were only three customers in front of us and we waited for 25-30minutes. When it was our turn to get our food, I asked for more chili sauce. When I got home, I only had two packets of chili sauce. 😂 I ordered two set meals (5pcs of chicken and 4 packs of fries). What’s even more exaggerated is their milo, I asked the staff, is this milo right? There was a female staff next to her and asked her if she added ice? The other woman said it was added, she then said "ADD MORE." We were really speechless and really disappointed with your service!!

I ordered 2 set meal of Yum with cheese but my 2 medium fries dont have in the set. I hope next time you double check the orders before giving it to the delivery rider
