I love their Acai bowls, full of flavors and always a great dessert or light meal! Their avocado and chicken poke bowls met my dietary preference and taste equally good. The location is a fuss free place, best for picking up your orders, as there's only a small booth outside the store for alfresco dining. So glad poke theory is here!

Favourite poke bowl shop! Fresh, colourful and tasty :) sauces are good and amount is sufficient, light portion is filling enough.

Ordered total of 15 bowls - out of which had received 3 bowls shortage of 2 ramen eggs & sesame soba noodles ( which had paid 70cents extra ), disappointed as 1st time order. Called customer svc, they cldnt do anything & suggested me to review accordingly !

There is no dine in area, just a little condo pavilion where 4 to 6 pax can sit. Staff were very patient helped me even tho I was halfway on a phone call. So sorry and thank you so much.

the aunty was terribly stingy with the ingredients. at every other outlet the bowl is packed to the brim but my bowl from this outlet is so empty? she doesn’t even fill the scoop when scooping, picks up 3 corn kernels and calls it one serving. i’m horribly disappointed because poke theory isn’t cheap. this experience was dreadful. never coming back.

Ordered via Deliveroo only 3 of 5 meals received. Promised to deliver remaining two meals. Never arrived. And wouldn’t answer the phone.

Just dabao on 17th December, 1725hrs. I REALLY LOVE THE PEOPLE WORKING HERE. The lady who helped pack my food is super nice and patience. Her male colleagues are also very helpful. When you see colleagues treat each other with respect and great attitude, you know it's a great working environment and customer will be assured with great services. It's not my first time ordering from this outlet and each and every time I will praise them in my head. Penning it down this time! FANTASTIC.

Ordered via Grab. Delivery was prompt and accurate. Presently surprised with how fresh and delicious the ingredients were, plus I do think it is very good value for money. Will definitely patron again.

Worst outlet I’ve been to. The portions given here are different compared to other outlets. I added 50g of poke because the first amount he scooped didn’t look like a lot. And I saw he added 45g and stopped there. Come on, I know it’s just 5g but why give me 45 when I’m paying for 50?? As per other outlets, the garnishes are usually the last station but it wasn’t the case for this outlet, so he quickly capped the bowl and let out a sigh when I still wanted to add smoked almonds. Other outlets usually give one big scoop, he was usually a small spoon the fish out the almonds and amount given was probably half what I got in others. Definitely never revisiting this outlet even though im really a huge fan of poke theory.

I ordered around 8pm today and the food was not fresh! The broccoli was already stale and it’s pungent and tastes very sour. Very disappointing. I always order from 111 Somerset and their quality is really good. The portion is relatively smaller than Somerset’s branch and you can’t even add your own sauce and toppings. But
