I regularly get poke theory for my meals, there’s often long queue during weekday lunch period so an option is to order self pickup on food delivery app. Poke is generally good and have a wide variety of toppings and sauces to choose from! However having romaine lettuce as a base causes the whole poke bowl to be watery and unappetising, so a tip is to order another base :)

Terrible experience with ordering takeaway on this very particular day. I ordered through the website for pickup. When I arrived I saw that the place was quite empty, with only one staff at the counter. The staff missed out one of the main items in my order (the sweet mashed potato), and of course I only found out when I was about to eat, far away from the outlet. As I ordered the lettuce option, I was hoping for the mashed sweet potato to be the only carbs to get me through a long night of work. I guess not anymore. Furthermore, there’s only one option on the poke theory website to give feedback, which is through an online “form” submission.

Went on a Saturday for lunch. Had a great healthy meal although few choices are left. Happy to see “Free Açai” but only after submitting then realised can only redeem 2pm to 5pm on weekdays.

Chicken breast I ordered wasn't tasty. Kinda bland even with some dressing. Beets was terribly sour!

DO NOT ORDER CATERING FROM POKE THEORY. THEY DID NOT DELIVER AND YOU HAVE ABSOLUTELY NO ONE TO CALL. NONE OF THE BRANCHES HAVE A CLUE. WE ORDERED FROM THEM AND THE FOOD DID NOT TURN UP!! I am writing with utmost concern regarding a recent experience with your catering service, which left us deeply disappointed and in a difficult situation. We had arranged for your catering package for a birthday party and made the necessary payment in advance. Our communication with your team was clear, and we even confirmed the arrangements a day prior to the event. However, unfortunately, the food delivery did not materialize as promised. This situation had a profound impact on our celebration, specifically my wife’s birthday party, which was devoid of the anticipated culinary delight. We reached out to several of your branches in the hope of resolving the issue, but to no avail. This occurrence has created an unfortunate impression of your service, and we are left feeling let down by the experience. I am sure this does not align with the standard of service you strive to provide to your customers. We are eagerly awaiting your response and hope that appropriate steps will be taken to rectify this situation. If our concerns are not addressed in a timely and satisfactory manner, we feel compelled to share our experience more broadly to ensure future customers are informed. Thank you for your immediate attention to this matter.

Everything was too dry and lack of flavours. I added Kale Chips for extra crunchiness and was kinda disappointed as nothing blended well with each other. Would rather spend the $16.10 else where.

I’ve always enjoyed their Poke bowls and it’s a lunch staple. The spicy salmon is my favourite. However, in recent times, the taste and serving size seemed to have gotten worse. I’ve always without fail, ordered the large. A few times, they ran out of salmon totally before lunchtime is over at the Raffles place out let. The service is rather poor. The worst is how stingy they are. They literally count the salmon pieces they put into my bowl. Put 3 pieces, take 2 pieces back, put one more piece in, take another piece back and put in a smaller piece and so on. It’s as though it will kill them if they put in an extra 0.1grams of salmon lol. Seriously… just increase your price by a $1 or $2 and don’t be so stingy. It ruin the whole customer experience.

used to like eating at poke theory during lunchtime but recently the portion has gotten so small! it's literally just few pieces of salmon/tuna and the person actually scoped out back the salmon from my bowl after weighing it! not only is this considered stingy, it's also unhygienic! the service there too has gotten worse - it was already bad to begin with; employees not smiling and seems rather tired and unhappy but now the ladies there are scolding the other colleagues to do things! they are loud and they can be heard from the tables we were sitting, throughout our meal we kept hearing them talking, we didn't enjoy our lunchtime at all.

Good idea, great location, bad execution. Food portion is surprisingly tiny, a lot of vegetables ran out and the guy didn’t even make it up by giving more of something else, just gave me bits of the cucumber around the container and called it “one portion”. (Update: I told him I could wait if he wants to go behind and take cucumber, he said “No more.” And after I finished my meal, as I was leaving guess what I saw? full load of cucumber 😂) I asked lettuce for based and I could count the 5 pieces that he was painstakingly shaking off as he pick them from the bucket… idk how expensive is lettuce but for a bowl that cost $14.50 it’s pretty stingy. Maybe can train staff on having a little more autonomy to imagine how they wanna be treated if they’re paying $14.50 for a lunch. Or better yet, how they want their mother to be treated if she was out buying poke bowl. 😂

I love the selection here. It is different from another outlets. The charred broccoli is so good. They have warm and normal selection. They have wider range of interesting sauce. Though the store is crowded during lunch time, their service is nice. I would love to come back again and eat here!

I’ve always wanted to comment on the service provided at this outlet but this time together with the poor food quality. The additional $1.50 for avocado is not worth it as the avocado is heavily oxidised and brownish. It is not even cleaned properly look at the slab of avocado skin given in my bowl?! This outlet has a problem with staffing and always keeps all their sauces in their cupboards even as early as 5pm. The only staff working today kept asking me to wait for him before serving my food. He even took out his masks and coughed a few times while serving, that’s unhygienic!

Very satisfying poke bowl. Love their variety of toppings and they have even launched new menu items! But I still chose my favourite original and mentaiko salmon. Items are fresh and delicious.

I went there around 6+, the store is not crowded at all only 2 customers in front of me but I have to wait almost 20 mins to order my food. In the midst of ordering the staff stopped preparing my food and started to wash tongs and food containers. He just left me waiting without any apology or explanation. And it’s not even close to closing time yet. The portion given is very small for a $14.90 meal. The bowl is only half fill. The service is bad. The food quality is dropping. Totally not worth it.

Been a loyal customer of poke theory at various outlets but today's one is just plain disappointing. I ordered a regular bowl, how does this look like regular size protein?! I've not eaten a single piece yet. Stingy!
