Delicious and portion is generous. Got the light size but still struggled to finish. It felt healthy with different high fibre fruits and vegetables in the bowl. I think the sauces aren't necessary as there is already alot of flavor from each of the ingredients. Take note that there's very limited indoor aircon seating area.

Compared to the novena branch, this place is much smaller and doesn't have many dine in space. They also don't offer a self service counter for the toppings, which means you need to go back to the service staff every time and they are always busy. Food maintained the usual standard, fresh tasty and healthy.

Have been craving for a good poke after coming back from Hawai’i so I decided to give this a try. Of course, one cannot compare it with the taste and amount of sashimi in Hawaii, but this Poke Theory do try to give a good portion and good mix of vegetables and fruits. Spicy mayo options are quite close to the ones in Hawaii. Although Hawaiian usually eat their original ahi which is tuna. Place is small but clean. A short walk from PLQ mall.

Recommend for solo diners who wanna eat healthy. I had spicy mayo salmon and it was better than I expected. All the veggies tasted fresh and the price was reasonable.

Quick, delicious and convenient comfort food. You have so many choices of toppings to customise the perfect bowl. Well balanced options and flavours even for those on a diet. Portions comes in 3 sizes so you can get a better fit for your appetite. Their salmon is a must. Get all 3 finishing toppings! They all go amazingly well with the poke bowl.

Ordered og tuna regular for $14.50. Pros Harmony. Everything just adds up into a nice bowl. Honestly I could have gone for light it was very filling. Pineapple. I think this is the standout. Bring about a refreshing sweetness to the whole meal. Fried onion gives a nice crunch to the bowl. Complexity! Tuna. Fresh might not be too flavorful apart from soya sauce. Cons I feel they could have offer a wider bowl so that I can mix the food. Would have gone for lettuce instead of rice to be less filling.

This is my go to Poke place. They are very consistent with fresh ingredients and they have a great selection of toppings that have complementary flavors. My husband likes the brown rice base, though I've tried the greens as a base and it works really well too. We normally don't go for anything fancy - just their typical offering. Toppings wise I would recommend the beetroot, pineapple, seaweed, spicy relish and cucumber + 2 others of your choice (I normally skip the carrots out of the basic options or double the relish and pineapple). For the protein, I would recommend going for the basic salmon because you can always spice it up with the sauces which they very generously offer as much as you want. For the toppings - lay it all on. It adds a nice crunch and flavor to the dish. If you go for all the basic options, everything can come out pretty reasonably priced.

Excellent poke bowls and we love eating from there quite regularly for a healthy meal. However, today we had a very grumpy Indian (Malaysian most likely) origin lady who was quite unpleasant and arrogant. Served out bowls and went to do something else before coming back (5 minutes later) to do the billing. Maybe she was having a bad day - but that doesn't give her the right to treat customers like this. We will treat this as an exception and continue to go there for the excellent poke bowls - but hope that we will never encounter this lady ever again. Management please take note. Our visit there was around 1pm on 2 Jan 2024.

The reviews were right - light is pretty substantial portion wise! Tasty and healthy food with friendly and patient staff. Wasn’t a huge fan of the avocado miso.

Was there earlier today to get a takeaway. The shop was quite empty but one of the service staff’s attitude was particularly poor- unfriendly and unhelpful. Honestly if you’re so unhappy working there, maybe you should consider just not working? Why pull such a long face, it’s as if your customers owe you a living. Also, instead of spending time to reply to your poor reviews with a patronizing template answer, perhaps consider sending your staff for more customer service oriented training.

Eat here at your own risk, I have been visiting Poke Theory for years but found that this outlet is very inconsistent. Purchased a Regular poke bowl last week with sushi rice only to have it as an entire clump, completely not like it should be. Not the first time it has happened but this occasion was the worse so far. Initially did not write a review and dropped an email to provide feedback instead, but also did not get a reply despite it being more than a week. Hope that this leads to better quality control, this rice should not have been served.

Haven’t had poke theory from here in awhile but went back to try as I heard they revamped their menu. Super good! Love the new additions of broccoli, beansprouts, egg white and tempeh! Sambal matah sauce is really nice too

Went there feeling very excited to get my poke bowl, but was greeted by an unfriendly staff the moment i got in. She spoke in a rude tone saying “what bowl u want”, then passed over to another staff that was probably incharge of scooping the toppings i guess. That staff was also super rude when i asked her how many toppings do i have left. I thought it was over until i moved to make the payment, another staff took over. I just asked a question of what sauces are available and since it was my first time visiting that outlet. Then the 3rd staff shouted at me “Here! Here!” to see the picture of the list of sauces. Never will i ever visit this outlet again. Such horrible attitude from not only one staff, BUT ALL 3 of them omg what a horror. Not sure if the food will be prepared properly considering bad working attitudes from the staffs there. Eat at your own risk. Really questionable at how the company train their staffs. Just look at the amount of bad reviews about the staffs yet the company have not take any action since.
