A very premium-priced lunch for me. A regular bowl with lime avocado and pomegranate that I have to pay for. It will be better if they were clearer when communicating which is part of the base and which is considered a premium top-up. The beetroot seems to be on the sour side of the taste today. The fusion of different colours makes this meal interesting to my sight and taste buds. I enjoyed the peace by myself as the restaurant is rather quiet at 1210hrs on Saturday.

Second time eating here! Eating poke bowls are as healthy as one can get. They are nutrient-dense - full of vitamins, fibre, healthy fats etc. But more importantly, they taste so good! The assortment of 1 base, 7 veggies and 2 main ingredients to choose from, provide a flavourful meal with unique texture. Not forgetting the condiments and free sauces provided. Offering small, regular and large portion sizes, Poke Theory is a guilt-free place to fill one’s stomach no matter their size of appetite for the day.

Not bad, but just felt that the marinade on the fish overpower the salmon taste and changes the texture. It's great to be able to top up your own sauces, loves mentai mayo.

Good dessert and poke options! Super fresh, amazing service. Loved the açai bowls — all or nuttin’, cacao bliss and spring fling & açai pop ($5.50-$6.50 (Regular)) Poke — Spicy mayo and mentaiko mayo SALMON are big satisfy in a way that makes you want them all. 😍😍😍 mixable is amazing and so much fun. Way better thanks to the help from the team. Claim 1 free açai with a review too. Highly recommend for solo diners and big groups and couples who want a quick meal. Can I get one for free? Follow me for more good eats in Malaysia, Singapore and more :-)

The staffs are so understanding & lovely! I had a 1f1 voucher to redeem but I would like to redeem one of them first & collect another one after my event finished because I scared it will spoil. I explained my situation to them, they allowed me to do so. One of the Malay lady staff even asked if I want the bowl to be made on the spot when I go to collect. I am really impressed by your food & service quality!! 💯💯👏

Downside is the price. But quite unexpectedly packed & generous x Upside is the fresh, flavourful & colourful ingredients with such a wide mixture of textures & toppings If you are eating within the space, being in a small corner of Suntec City Tower 5, there can be quite chill vibes. Comfortable space even if benches are a lil stiff $5.90 for a good volume of refreshing sour Tropical Squeeze that came in a very nice solid glass bottle! $15.90 for regular sized poke. Unique options avail include Sweet potato mash & they occasionally have seasonal specials. You can ask for additional shallots, fried garlic & Chili flakes.

I really think Bugis Duo is much better. The staff there are very cheerful and efficient. They are also a lot more generous with their toppings (esp since I usually only get 4 out of 8). I normally order the same items, I’m quite surprised by how Suntec only has my bowl 3/4 full, as compared to Bugis. I have attached pics. It’s obvious which is from Suntec and Bugis 😅 I guess they are new, will probably need some time to iron out their operations.

Patronised most of Poke Theory’s outlets, however the outlet at suntec city was by far the worst outlet. The cleanliness and staff’s attitude was utterly horrendous. Cleanliness: There was a live cockroach at the cashier… Staff’s attitude: My partner and I visited the shop around 8:20pm on 6 March 2024 (40mins before actual closing time) to have a quick dinner. However, we were rudely served by the staff in white cap. When my partner and I wanted to order, the staff rudely asked us “what you want”. Normally, other staffs would take our orders individually due to the number of different items to add into the poke bowl. As my partner had ordered first, the staff proceeded to rudely say “ya what else”. After ordering the base, we had to choose 7 sides each and 2 types of sashimi. My partner had ordered original shoyu salmon and mentaiko mayo salmon. The moment she heard the order, she tossed the plate onto the weighing scale and gestured to the other colleague by lifting her both hands up in frustration. When she came back from the back of the kitchen to take what was ordered, she was visibly annoyed. (To give a plausible context as to why she was annoyed, the staff had already packed up the toppings (salmon and tuna) so the staff had to retrieve a new batch of salmon from the fridge which might have caused some inconvenience but bear in mind this was 40mins before the stated closing time on Poke theory’s website so I believe I was not in the wrong for ordering.) The other colleague tried to be friendly by smiling at my partner and I. Throughout the entire ordering process, the staff was essentially venting frustration at us and it felt as though we were in the wrong for ordering poke bowl at poke theory. This is by far, the worst service we have ever gotten in our lives. We know F&B is tough and the staffs would like to go home on time. However, we do not seek excellent service, all we need is just to not be treated rudely. If the staff has an issue with late orders and closing on time, perhaps this is an operational issue that can be worked out with management, instead of venting frustration at customers.
