I’ve never had Poke in its originating country or in any “authentic form” I tried poke theory’s and I thought it was quite tasty. It’s kind of like a Japanese chirashi but marinated with sauces and etc. The key is to mix everything up like curry png so u can combine all the flavours and textures. Had an enjoyable experience having poke for the first time. 👍

Sitting area is spacious and clean. Takeaway sauce and cultery can be provided at the cashier if possible or better position near the exit to avoid criss cross of customer walking into the shop.

Love the spicy mayo salmon. Got the regular which has 100 g of salmon! This is a bit different from the usual outlet tho so no lettuce salad.

It is my first visit to a Poke Theory outlet. I visited the Teluk Ayer branch close to one of my former workplace locations this rainy afternoon—adorable chilled drink selections.

[Nov 2023] Poke Theory is consistently ranked top 3 in my list of salad bar. Pricing is very reasonable for the portion and quality ingredients. And just check out the popping colourful natural goodness in the bowl waiting to be savoured. Perfect place for light and healthy lunch, without having to compromise on the taste. Service is speedy. Come early to avoid the weekday lunch crowd.

The small bowl of açai is actually pretty fitting for one person, very satisfying and refreshing overall. Filled with many fruits such bananas, dragoon fruit, coconut shavings, small red dates etc. All were good quality, sweet, and very tasty. Loved the base as much as the toppings, paired perfectly with the honey drizzle. Would recommend getting it along with a poke bowl to make it a well rounded and perfect meal

Another poke place. What's odd is that the ingredients do not look super fresh or appetizing. Nothing tasted bad but it almost came as a surprise. Choices are a bit limited too. Surprisingly affordable.

The very, very best healthy poke bowl outlet anywhere in Singapore. The food is beyond awesome, its absolutely out of this world. In a country so heavily influenced by carbs, salt, and sugar, this place is an absolute godsend.
