Modern and Trendy outlet. Pick and choose your ingredients to make your own Poke Bowl. As a base, you can choose Brown Rice, Japanese Rice or NO rice (Romaine Lettuce). 3 size of base to choose from (Light, Medium, Large). Add 7 vegetable items and 2 meat items. Really nice place for a quick healthy meal.

My go-to post workout meal, especially great after sweating it all out at the gym! They have a good variety of toppings, generous serving and relatively value for money. Def go for the acai bowl - it's one of the more affordable acai bowls and surprisingly really good 👍🏻 The service staff are also really friendly and comfortable ambience to enjoy.

Love the consistent, tasty and no frills dining experience at Poke Theory. A go-to spot for relatively affordable and healthy lunches in town, with non-fish options that are now made available. Sweet potato mash is especially fantastic! Service is brisk.

The food was ok, but the service sucks. The server was very rude and impatient. She was huffing and puffing plus sighing when we tried to clarify the number of bases we get. I ordered the og salmon and could choose 2 bases. I told her lettuce and quinoa. She only gave me quinoa and let out an audible sigh and rolled her eyes when my husband clarified the base again. Overall, she ruined my appetite with her bad attitude.

Ordered via KaiKai since they have $10 off for first time users. The food here is amazing I love the salmon mentaiko marinade and the veges are fresh :) I overloaded my portion

Clean eating. Sort of .. depends on what extra sauce you’re putting in the bowl after. There’s some discount for dining in. Although I have no idea why, as the bowls are still disposables.. Chill place, there were customers but not full. Which was good if you like less crowded places.

Delicious and healthy rice bowl full of greens and toppings of your choice, and the flavourful mentaiko salmon cubes. The bowl is quite big and shallow, making it easier to see all the ingredients, although abit hard to mix because it was full. It’s quite filling for one person and worth the price. Comes with a small container of mentaiko sauce on the side, usually only for delivery. Tasted great and would definitely recommend the mentaiko salmon poke. Good quality ingredients and great food overall.

Glad to try it out with the deal from Kaikai! The ingredients are more than the rice based and the sauces are all very on point! Comfortable atmosphere with healthy yet delicious food!

Staff is horrible rude and very impatient . This owner never train staff well.Staff shout at me and cheat the portion .I should get 7 portion but she gave 5 portion.last month my friends also kena with the same staff. We will never ever go to Poke Theory anymore. A lot of salad store out there and nicer than this store.

It was quiet when I came by here. Poke Theory in general is nice. The outlet as Novena has good that tastes better in my opinion, but the view and seats here are better. They didn’t have avocado miso sauce here :( And the portion here somehow didn’t seem as big or nice as novena outlet - though I know they weigh it. Would be back if i’m in the area simply because I love the poke!

Made a BYO order today and only realised they gave me a wrong order when I got home. I haven’t had poke theory in a long time so it was a bummer that I got a wrong order. Had to pick out the ingredients that I didn’t like.

I love poke theory, as you can see as this is the second outlet that I review on. This outlet have a good atmosphere with high ceiling, and ample seating area. If there a sofa, I probably fell asleep after a meal. Haha..
