A satisfying, colourful poke bowl! I liked that there were so many options to choose from - you can customise your poke, sides, base, garnish, and sauces. There’s a small sauce bar at the side where you can squeeze sauces onto your bowl and add garnishing on your own, which is great if you prefer to decide how much of each goes in and all. Overall this is a fuss free, healthy “fast” food option, suitable for those who want something quick and casual. We’re not huge eaters so the Light size (75g poke) was just right for us. We visited on a Sunday afternoon, and there was quite a bit of seating in the area.

All the staff were really friendly and polite. Bc I work in the mall I ordered self pick up from Foodpanda since there's a discount and they kindly let me sit and dine(off peak hours) at the premises. Food was really good too, an improvement from the first time I had it last year in another outlet. Good job!

Like the ambience.. The most importantly the staff is friendly.. pokey theory is my daughter's comfort food so we do patronize the outles wkly.. of all I still the one at Tanglin Mall..🥰

Never have I ever been publicly humiliated and verbally abused by a staff before until I came to Poke Theory at Tanglin Mall….. the aunty literally yelled at me because I was “indecisive” and “taking too long”….. I didn’t even take 10 minutes and she was screaming at me cuz she had “so much to do” even though there wasn’t a single customer in line…… management apologized but did not stop or reprimand the staff who did not stop yelling at me and verbally abusing me and harassing me…… Even emailed Poke Theory but they offered nothing but empty apologies….. staff never apologized…….. I order Poke Theory so much, even for Father’s Day I ordered Poke Theory for my clients…….. I now suffer from PTSD due to this staff, Poke Theory may have kept their staff but they’ve lost a customer for sure. Looking at their previous reviews clearly this isn’t something new and has happened time and again to other customers of theirs and they have not done anything to fix it

Extremely bad experience with the lady called Julia at Tanglin mall. Poke Theory really need to get rid of this emotional and poor attitude aunty who cannot handle busy period. All I wanted was to have a good lunch but she just had to spoil my day and my appetite. Ohh.. she did mention LOUDLY that she is perspiring and that the manager in charge is not giving her staff.. and they are under staff. So the Manager in charge.. can you do something pls? Else, your dear Julia will be overwhelmed and start to show attitude to the customers. Super bad attitude !!

Poke bowl was good but staff has very poor attitude, I'm not familiar with how to order, and the way the staff was mumbling and answering me like I was stupid didn't help! Also there was a moving insect on the food tray, I hope the place doesn't have food hygiene issue.

I was here on 16 Feb 2024 between 12:45pm-1:30pm. I usually have an ok experience at the 111 Somerset branch but this first time at the Tanglin Mall branch was terrible. I went up to the counter and greeted the three staff members (two women and one man) with a smile but all of them merely stared at me, no reciprocation whatsoever. I almost thought they were not open. One of the staff moved to where the order-taking began and waited there without saying a word. I had to read her silence and move to her to begin ordering. Every time I asked a question, she would mumble, such that I had to ask her to repeat herself several times. Once she was done serving me the bases she just gestured towards her colleague who was going to attend to my poke choices. This next staff member was equally bad. Once she finished taking my order, she disappeared over to the cashier which is some distance away, around a bend and behind some banners. Again, I had to interpret her silence and follow after her. Once I made the payment, I stood there waiting for my receipt. She stared at me like I had a problem. She eventually went, "Yes??" I asked for my receipt, then she got it. I recommend Poke Theory... if you wish to feel like you're a deep annoyance to the staff just to pay too much for painfully average food.

I’m a big fan of Poke Theory for its flavours and portion, and have had it via delivery multiple times. Was pleasantly surprised to see a Sauce Bar while dining-in at the Tanglin Mall outlet for the first time - a generous and rare initiative for grain bowl shops. Highly recommend!

Yummy food! Great options available. Happy to have more non raw protein options now like sous vide and roasted chicken and salmon!
