Very Poor service on 10 July 2026 afternoon, female staff looks unhappy to be working there. Asked customer to “speak up!” in a rude tone when she couldn’t hear the order (and not because she has hearing issues). Pointed aggressively at the menu so she didn’t need to introduce the toppings available. No patience to be dealing with customers and shouldn’t be working in a service line if so. I see that this outlet has been receiving consistently poor ratings on service level, management should review and recruit properly. Other outlets eg Duo Galleria have great service in comparison.

I’m a regular here and no complaints about the food. However the listing mentions closing time is 8 pm, I tried to place an order at the counter at 7:42 pm and the staff said “her” last order is at 7:40. Would appreciate if someone can confirm if this is the official policy to set expectations.

Very bad service and two servers at the counter . Wanted to take away Acai bowl and was standing around the cashier and also the salad order counter afterthat . However, no service given to me . One server just with ‘angmoh’ client and another server turned around to attend to his sink. Not even a customer after the angmoh being served. Not even look at me in the queue to order . Disgusted by them and attitude.

love the food but awful customer service. I ordered from classpass for pick up at 10:30, instead of explaining to me nicely that I should come back - the server got frustrated with me. at first i was just getting angry but okay i left and came back calmly. then he gave me a prepacked order. and I told him I’m sorry but I cannot take it because I want the kimchi removed and the nuts removed. he was telling me some bs that I can’t do that, mind you I have been buying from this for months already and I know that you CAN remove just CANNOT replace. I’m allergic to nuts. But he insisted and got so frustrated with me. so I got mad back. I’m the customer why should I let him pour his anger out on me? I asked him why he has been acting like that and that I’ve been so patient with him. He ended up letting me re-do my order but he was slamming and throwing everything while doing so. I told him he’s acting as if it’s my fault? and I got so mad I instinctively slammed the table but not as loud as he was being. I got my order correctly and I’m sure it’ll taste nice. But I would rather not eat Poke Theory again than risk being served by that server again. (order is January 24 11:06am)
