A lunch that is healthy, light and refreshing. $11.90 for lite there is other various versions such as regular and large. You start with picking a base such as quinoa , lettuce , sushi rice or brown rice . There is soba noodles for additional price . You get to pick 7 toppings such as beetroot, corn, cucumber n pineapple. I always get the salmon ,For poke you get to select a across a wide variety, my go to is original salmon marinated in shoyu .

Had a light portion of the salmon mentaiko poke bowl which was surprisingly quite filling. Very colourful with some interesting and refreshing toppings. Loved the pineapple, cherry tomatoes and onsen egg, but needed some time to get used to the texture of quinoa. The fried shallots gave it extra oomph but also piled on calories to what was supposed to be a healthier lunch! Patient service staff.

Always a joy to eat their salad n acai bowls. Never disappointed and in fact I wish they open more outlets that are in the heartlands. Satisfied with the amount and portion. Fresh and tasty! Just enough for lunch or dinner without feeling sluggish. Also love their spicy garlic sauce..yummy!

i love poke theory but this outlet gave me a less than pleasant experience unfortunately. firstly they ran out of two bases that i like; secondly some of the sauces in the sauce bar also ran out; thirdly the avocado poke also ran out — i was served the very last scraps and the portion was SO tiny it was unacceptable but the staff still served it anyway. bad experience unfortunately, and i was so looking forward to it! :(

Decent place for "health food". 20 SGD for large bowl shown in picture. Taste is quite ok, doesn't seem like they use organic ingredients.

Easy to order, fuss-free. First time ordering, and if unsure how to order, just ask the staff. Some toppings require a top up (~1-2sgd). Place is kept clean. Tuna was fresh and garnish was very nice. They have a little station for additional sauces if you want them, also kept clean. I got everything under $14, would return again.

Pretty good choice of different seasoning for the salmon protein. However, the kimchi seemed to have been over-fermented, was really sour to taste.

Affordable poke bowl offering multiple sauce options (that’s free for you to take). A straightforward, no-nonsense choice for individuals seeking a healthy meal near Duo/Bugis area.

Doesn't feel like a lot but it was surprisingly filling. First time dining in, didn't realise there was a sauce bar. The mentaiko mayo was great
