Grab food - balinese salmon is unbelievably dry. Has no hint of balinese taste at all. Very poorly prepared bowl.

Came on today on a Friday for lunch. I don’t come to poke theory often so I wasn’t familiar with the order of ordering. Also there wasn’t a queue so I didn’t get a chance to read the instructions on the board. I told the first server the bowl size then he gestured at the food so I told him I wanted original shoyu salmon. He rolled his eyes and gestured again without words. Turns out he was asking me for my choice of base. Seriously what is this attitude. It was not even busy. No excuses really.

good option when you’re in the mood for something light, fresh, and customizable. The ingredients are generally fresh, portions are decent, and you can mix and match toppings easily to suit your taste. Flavors are clean and simple, not overly heavy, which makes it a nice choice for a quick lunch or healthy-ish meal. Not the cheapest poke around, but overall consistent and satisfying enough to come back when you’re craving poke.

My first time trying poke theory, the staff is attentive and outlet is not hectic on a Saturday. Highly recommend spicy garlic sauce to go with the sushi rice base on the side; avoid quinoa rice and avocado if u take The honey shoyu sauce- weird taste together🤣

Always a big fan of poke theory, the staff here are kind and portion sizes are good 🫶🏻 will definitely return! edit: today’s bowl was disappointing…for 2 of my 7 toppings i repeated egg whites and pumpkin, for the second serving she gave half a scoop of egg white and 2 pieces of pumpkin… i think you can see the difference in the pictures for yourself :( not what i was expecting after a long day
