Went here to have a quick late lunch. 6pc classic wings with teriyaki & kicap manis with normal fries, whereas another was 6pc classic wings with garlic parmesan & texas buffalo with curly fries with cheese dip. Good portion. But seating area here was limited.

Ordered the 6 pcs boneless wing with 2 flavours, Lemon Pepper and Louisiana Rub. Also added $2 to change the Fried to Voodoo Fries. The drinks come cold but without ice. I like both the chicken and fries very much. Tasty!

Ordered the 6 pcs wings. 2 flavours, Parmesan lemon pepper and Cajun flavours. The wings were crispy and flavourful. Love them. Except that they were a lot smaller than the ones I had at another branch. The dip was fantastic. Couldn’t stop eating it, even had it with other food.

What can I say more about this place other than the fact that I order more than thrice a week from wingstop. That inferno, lemon pepper and teriaki coated chicken is something I cannot resist.

Limited seats but the food was good thus the two stars. The staff are inconsiderate and played really loud music while people were trying to order. Hard time hearing each other speak due to the loud music. Don’t come to this outlet, especially if you have never ordered before, staff are unfriendly and unapproachable

When you think of wingstop in the past, it’s always made to order. Hot & crispy. Hence longer waiting time is very understandable. But this outlet is brings dining in experience to the next level. Waiting 20min for dine in is apparently quite fast already comparing to other poor ratings reviews here. But yes, we waited 20min+ for 8 pc wing set meal. Chicken is not only small, but COLD! Insane how it takes them 20min to serve this out. Kitchen is constantly taking in delivery orders. Again doesn’t justify the poor quality food. Not cheap either. Can patronise them if you wanna waste your time and money

Waited for almost 40 minutes for my food which is just one meal only(6 pieces boneless chicken + Cajun fries) The staff is so busy handling delivery orders they can’t keep up with their other orders. The staff won’t mention how long you have to wait for or how many orders there are ahead of you, if I had known the wait was this long I would have just gone somewhere else to buy. The guy who ordered after me got his order before me :/ additionally the Cajun fries weren’t seasoned properly, some had a lot of seasoning, some had none. I’ve ordered from wing stop before and this is the first time I had to wait so long for my food, definitely not coming back this branch, would recommend going other branches to eat wing stop. Even restaurants serve food faster than this. Edit: it’s my first time eating chicken really salty on one side and not salty on the other. Poorly seasoned chicken

ordered pickup 10min at around 430pm, only got my order at 515pm. there was 7 staff & they were all taking their own sweet time preparing their orders. even people who ordered after us got their food first. when i asked about my order, they gave me vague answers & did not even get back to me after checking. ordered a few times from this outlet & it has always been very slow with even less customers. oh and they didnt even pack their food properly, there was spillage.

Worst wingstop at tampines hub. Ordered a 6 pieces chicken and waited for 45min. Nicely asked the cashier if they received my order, she said yes and I asked how long more. She just shoved me and said that sorry, alot of orders. The two different type of chickens can't even tell the taste differences. It's so apparent that they rushed through their orders. Will not recommend them at all!

This happened the second time. They gave the wrong order. I have to travel back just to collect back the missing orders. What made me upset was because I asked (twice) the lady who was calling the order numbers if all the items were there. She kept telling me that she had checked and everything was in order and that I could leave. She glared at me with the annoying look because I asked twice. Travelled back home and found that half the items were missing. Yes it is my fault for believing and not checking it at the location. If you are here to see the reviews of the food. Their chicken wings are really good. I would recommend the kecap manis for those who like spicy with the sweet and sour after taste. Their buffalo wings and the Bbq are also another favourite of mine and my kids love it too.

Waited total of 1 hour 10 mins for 2 boxes of pathetic chicken. 30 mins in, i saw people that came after me receiving their order. I told the packer to check on my number but no action was taken. 50 mins in, i checked again, still no action taken to check on my order. 1 hour later, i told i waited an hour, and someone said "ok and", so i requested for a refund. Then after they only called their manager and i received my order after 10 mins. Terrible service.

we were told the waiting time was 45 minutes to which we were agreeable. 80 minutes later, when i told the staff we had been waiting for much longer than 45 minutes, they rudely told me that the new wait time was 90 minutes (even though they told us 80 minutes ago we would get our food in 45 minutes—which is already ridiculously long.) we finally got our food after 95 minutes. i sympathise with the staff but it seemed as though they were prioritising delivery and online orders only. seasoned fries lacked seasoning, garlic parmesan flavoured boneless wings were rather bland, just tasted like plain fried chicken that had to be dunked in ranch. frustrating experience, would not return (at least to this outlet)

The worst food joint as in supposed to be fastfood but it becomes slowfood. Waiting time was like almost 2 hours. You have to ask the staff with regards to your order, then they will take your slip and do your order. If not you can be standing there and nobody cares. The number can even jump to more than 50 numbers ahead of you. The worst system they have as they don’t prioritise as according to queue numbers.

Terrible waiting time .. ordered at 645 and only received them at 820pm .. almost two hours of waiting . Initially was informed ready time was 7.08pm.. waited till 730 then was informed there were 4 more orders ahead of mine . Said to wait another 20-30 mins . By 8pm still no show.. orders only received at 820pm. Seriously OTH outlet u better stop ur service here or plan some expansion . Poor customer service.

cashier was rude upon taking order and wait time was insane. was told waiting time to be 45mins but after 1hr, we still were asked to wait longer. queue number was constantly jumping in no order and riders and dine in customers seem to get their orders before walk in? not sure how the system works but feels v unfair that we had to wait so long.

Ordered 3 flavours (Texas Buffalo, boneless Louisiana rub and boneless Inferno) via Foodpanda. Loved the Texas buffalo and boneless inferno. The boneless inferno flavour was super spicy but the heat was acceptable and very delicious. Will definitely order the inferno flavour again. Their signature fries was very good too.

The ordering process isn’t seamless but overall food and service were good. The staff was also friendly. Place is clean but can get a bit warm especially if you’re seated near the kitchen

should come during off peak! the cashier was friendly and the food was fresh and yummy, my food arrived within 10minutes! they did forget to give the garlic parmesan seasoning on 3/6 of the wings but all is good cos it was yummy regardless🤓

came during non peak hours to get your food faster!! waited less than 15 mins 😚 scrumptious fries and boneless wings. Staffs were very nice too

Visited on 4 Dec 2022 to takeaway lousiana rub boneless chicken, fries and ice lemon tea, using the OTH coupon. As usual the chicken is really tasty, no regrets 😊 Visited 20 Aug 2022 to take away boneless fried chicken, fries and drink.. chose the texas and lemon pepper condiment.. quite good especially lemon pepper but the texas styled sauce is a bit soury for me.. but chicken was very tender n crunchy 😅
