The coconut aroma of the rice is good, and the sambal and peanut ikan bilis complement it well. However, the cabe ijo feels like it's missing something, perhaps because I'm more use to a different flavor from Indonesia. Nevertheless, it's still a good nasi lemak.

Saw the high reviews. Decided to try. Ordered the chicken and fish set. $6.70 as I don’t have choice to order only the chicken. Both chicken and fish were quite dark in colour. Means oil was used too long. For me, this price not worth. Eat from any other simple stall for $3-4 better

The nasi lemak portion was great, and the coconut rice fragrance was just right. The fried chicken was well marinated too. Overall, it was great and met the minimum requirements of a good nasi lemak in terms of smell and taste.

Really disappointed with this so-called Michelin-recommended nasi lemak 😞. The fried chicken was fried way too dark—looked more like black sauce chicken or burnt charcoal than proper ayam goreng. The colour was super overdone, almost scary to eat. When I bit into it, the taste was off, had this weird stale/old smell like the chicken wasn't fresh at all. Not sure if it was old stock or what, but it definitely didn't taste right. The rice and sambal were okay, but the star of the dish (the chicken) completely ruined the whole meal. Waste of money.

First time having it. The Rice was fragrant, wings, sausage and fish cake fried upon ordering. Chilli not spicy though. Overall quite pricey . $9.50
