Malaysian eatery inside of garden by the bay,,, the food was okay, price also okay,, but unlike other branches, the service was really poor, the guy who served us like has been forced to work there, no hi no smile no nothing,, kind of rude for me,, as someone who work in hospitality i know how u shall greet the customers. Forgot to click foto of the food.

• Food The Nasi Lemak at this establishment, which is noted for its Michelin recognition, provided a high-quality meal. The main components were well-executed and met the expectations of a reputable eatery. The flavors were balanced and made for a satisfying dish. • Service & Atmosphere The service was average—it was neither particularly attentive nor poor, functioning at a standard level. The restaurant is located within a food court setting in Gardens by the Bay, featuring an interesting dinosaur theme. The unique decorations and displays make the environment engaging and distinct from a typical dining area. • Conclusion This is a good spot to visit while exploring the gardens. Although the service was just ordinary, the quality of the Nasi Lemak and the entertaining atmosphere make it a worthwhile choice for a meal in a unique setting.

I recently visited Nasi Lemak Ayam Taliwang at Gardens by the Bay and left feeling quite disappointed, especially compared to my previous experiences at their other outlets like Plaza Singapura. I ordered the Indomie Ayam Cabe Ijo, which I was initially excited about, but the dish fell short of expectations. The noodles and chicken both felt cold, as if they had been pre-prepared and left sitting for a while before serving. This really affected the overall enjoyment of the meal, as Indomie dishes are usually best enjoyed hot and freshly cooked. Flavor-wise, it was decent, but nothing stood out enough to make up for the lack of freshness. The textures were also slightly off, with the noodles lacking that springy bite you would expect from a well-executed dish. Given the location at Gardens by the Bay, I was hoping for a higher standard or at least consistency with their other branches. Unfortunately, this visit didn’t deliver. I would recommend the management review their food preparation and serving process to ensure dishes are served hot and fresh, as it makes a significant difference to the dining experience.

It looked really good. But the fried chicken was so dry and tasteless. You had to put the sambal, otherwise it was really painful to eat. The fact that they had the option of sauceless fried chicken gave me the impression that the meat would be flavourful like ayam berempah but this was not that kind. Factoring in the price, which was higher than average, not worth it. Oh and it was under the Michelin guide, the reason is beyond me.

Chicken is burnt and the meat does not have any taste at all (except the burnt). It failed the standard level of Indonesian nasi lemak. Seriously they do need immediate improvement.
