Finally tried this Nasi Lemak Ayam Taliwang that was mentioned in Michelin Guide 2021-2022. The rice is very good! Seems cooked well in coconut milk and spices. The egg and the fish fillet was fresh fried. The peanut and salted fish, I wish it was more salty. The potato fritter also good. All served warm or hot. They are very generous with the sambal. Since I love sambals, I usually running out of it before the rice finished. But not here! It taste amazing too with proper level of spiciness. This outlet located in SMU building and they are open for 24 hours, good for student who have midnight hunger. The price for student is SGD 0.5 lower than public. Highly recommended!

We ordered take out their signature Nasi Lemak Taliwang. It was really good. The rice was nasi lemak rice. Rice was warm, egg was freshly fried, grilled chicken was hot, cucumber was fresh. Taste was nice. We requested to separate the sambal. The lady was helpful. Order was made using the machine and paid using card. They open 24 hours daily except on Sunday they close at night. The prices on the menu boards are for students. The price for our nasi lemak was +0.50.

Tasty And Affordable Nasi Lemak! Lots of outdoor seats and fast service. Nasi Lemak is very tasty. Serving is just enough for a filling meal. The chicken cutlet is crunchy and served hot on top of very fragrant rice. I love that the eggs are cooked fresh as well with runny yolk! If you love nasi lemak you should try this!

Rice is very good and fragrant. Chili is amazing. Chicken is horrible. Very chewy not fresh, and mine came with half the vertebrae. Meat is not clean looking at all. Extremely dark colored. Peanuts were slightly soft, lost their crunch. Overall, chilli and rice is very good, chicken is bad. Price is ok for the portion and quality.

This totally rocks! Chicken is superb tender and delicious. The rice is really yummy. It’s affordable and worth a try! The first time I had the fish fillet which wasn’t happening, but this time round I was told - go for the ayam! No regrets at all! Try it if you are round the area!

the eating place was really the worst, zero light and had to depend on the shop display light, no fan or wind coming at all. really wasnt the shop fault but the food makes up for it, affordable meal price that includes drinks but the size of the drink was unacceptable because the food:drink ratio wasnt it 😭 ordered nasi ayam taliwang and the spice really hits good plus it was delicious !

One of the best Nasi Lemak in Singapore. It is more of a premium nasi lemak tbh. Spicy. Rice is actually lemak and fragrant. Will always come back. Wish the drinks that comes with the meal are bigger though , because the dish is spicy

Ate here as we were very hungry and couldn’t make it to the main restaurant. The rice which is the most important part of nasi lemak was not fragrant enough and it was broken rice - which means it’s quite mushy. The chicken was freshly prepared (prawn paste chicken did not taste like it should) but the begedil was cold. The chicken leg was tender but it tasted almost… boiled? Too wet inside and not flavourful enough. The only saving grace is the sambal which to be honest was a little salty. Overall I have had much better nasi lemak elsewhere and will not return. I paid $14.20 for the drink and the rice box in the photo.

Very good nasi lemak place if you want to try nasi lemak try this one i thing it one of the best nasi lemak i have ever had in my entire life chicken is cook great crispy on the outside and tender on the inside the sambal sauce is also rich in flavour and go very well with peanut and fry small fish the rich is also have a great aroma in it. Really recommed this place.

If you're an Indonesian, please do not expect ayam taliwang dish that you might know it from Lombok. It's just nasi lemak kiosk with several options of sambak suc as sambal ijo, padang etc and generous size of chicken. Fit for student portion which the kiosk located in campus area. And they have Michellin star as a prestigious badge

was a corner stall with ample outdoor seatings. paid $7.70 (inclusive of $0.50 for outsiders) for a chicken fillet set with a drink. staff appeared confused with the lunch orders .. with the set having to be open up to be double checked. food was at room temperature. chicken was slightly hard, rice not fragrant and the chilli is neither sweet nor spicy… can ptobably get better options at smu concourse .

We ordered nasi lemak chili taliwang and asked to have more chili taliwang sauce. It turned out the sauce given lesser than the usual, paired with the dried chicken and rice, it make me hard to enjoy. I don’t think I will be back to this branch anymore. Disappointed meal compared to their other store. Without the sauce, it’s just an ordinary nasi lemak with chicken.
