Beef is tender, juicy and yummy! Service is friendly and we will definitely come back here again - 2 adults and 2 kids, we didn’t have any leftovers.

Worst Yakiniku experience ever - ordered their beef signature set and beef x chicken set for dinner, both with full steak option. Massive regret and waste of calories. Abysmal meat quality is served here - 0 intramuscular fat in the steak, sirloin came with a thick yellow fat layer and extremely chewy even with a medium doneness (We didn’t dare to cook anything below medium here). Beef tongue had the most horrible texture and we ended up tossing it. Rice was mushy and stuck together, big miscalculation on water volume used to cook even simple japanese rice. Avoid this spot if you’re craving Yakiniku - if you’re permitted to non-halal options, sticking to the usual Yakiniku GO/LIKE would serve your $$ better.

So underwhelming and expensive. It doesn't even serve a tea when other items comes with a free drink but not the yakiniku set?? What logic is this? not worth considering dining Ordered the yakiniku set the meat is not even cut properly and uneven size. They don't sharpen the knifes? The steak meat still clump together not properly cut. I'm not sure why are you paying the service charge. Kitchen preparation is included in the food price

Food is really terrible! Miso chicken set $14.90 tastes like $6.90. There’s also a incident infront of my table about COCKROACH in their sauce today. The upset customer, a man with his family in the restaurant screaming for refunds. The customer has no wrong to get refunded because you can’t expect them to enjoy their food after seeing a live COCKROACH in their food but i find the customer abit too much, his attitude towards the staff really bad like as if he is the upper class. He acts like a hooligan scolding the staff and the staff kept quiet. Seriously, its not his fault, he is just doing his job. Blame the cockroach! In the end the staff did change a new sauce and manage to make a call for help. I think as the company management, you guys should help to talk to the customer when they are lost and just do the refund for customer in cash for paynow. But i admire the staff because he remain his cool and smile in the end. I work in the customer service line before and i can say your management really cannot make it.

Grilled meat restaurant with some non-grill items like dons, stone bowls, chicken charsiu ramen (i.e. no sashimi. Has limited ramen options. No katsu/tonkatsu) No pork dishes !! Beef Karubi is well-marinated and juicy. Beef Sirloin Steak is also high quality. Other cuts like beef tongue can be "tad chewy" if overcooked. Some beef are too fatty or contain hard-to-chew tendon. Ramens ($11.90 ala carte; $12.90 set w 1 side + drink) @@ Lychee cheesecake slice ($7.90) Jap pudding ($6.90) Matcha icecream 1 scoop ($4.90) Mineral water ($2) Ice lemon tea $3.90 The 3 sauce options (Original, Spicy, and Shio Tare) are abit limited compared to competitors. + Overall per-adult prices comparable to Gochi-So and Itacho Shokudos (mains from $12.90++. Sets offer better deal). + They have kids' meals and more basic versions of chicken charsiu ramen that start at lower prices ($8.90++). + QR code ordering system, which is generally efficient for quick lunches. - SLOW service. Long waits for seating even when the restaurant was empty. + Clean and ventilated for a BBQ place. - But tables are placed too close together, making the experience feel cramped.
