Similar to others diners' experience. I feel that dining here is more for need than enjoyment. As this is the only cafe available here at TMC. Can feel there is a lack of manpower and no structure in their work flow. Ordered their fruit tart and tuna mushroom puff. Disappointed to say that the standard and taste in Delifrance food has dropped tremendously.... Hence I guess this is my last time ordering or patronising any delifrance outlet. Their fruit tart crust is soo hard that I have difficulties in biting. (Not that my teeth have any issues) but please do not order for your elderly folks. 1 fruit tart that costs $4.80, given this pricing I can get much better fruit tart else where. The tuna puff , the tuna filing is not fresh as well. Only tuna and puff , cannot feel any mushroom inside. It costs $5 plus (cannot remember the exact pricing) But all in all, no more patronising --------- Dear Owner of the Delifrance outlet, Perhaps due to limited manpower, no receipt is given. Hence, once ordered, food is served, there is no receipt issued. August 11th is the date. The time is 11.15-11.40am I only have the e-payment records from my credit card.

Service is not good as seems to lack manpower, seating and the flow of ordering is not smooth. Food is ok. For such price charged, better environment and service should be provided.

Food is overpriced but the only place to have decent breakfast early in the morning, as there is nothing else in the vicinity. Wish that they could have heated up the Croissant before serving. Anyway, glad that they agreed to add scrambled egg with additional charge.

Tuna croissant was nice (as usual). However, it’s quite pricey and the number of tables/seatings available is small. There should be more ventilation/ aircon at the cafe as well.

We were disappointed with the egg croissant. It was not fragrant, and the egg mayo had rough texture, and croissant was hard. Plastic cutlery was given, making it environmentally unfriendly, and it was difficult to cut the tough croissant 🫢😓 There is a real need to think through the freshness of the food, customer experience, and delifrance's aim "to bring joy to you, our customers by making everyday less ordinary."

One of the worse Deliverance experiences I've had. Got a Chicken Ham & Cheese Croissant and the entire serving was pathetic. It was quite literally a croissant, cut in the middle, slapped on with a piece of cold ham and 2 slices of really cold cheese..served. This and a can of Coke Zero cost me $10+. The cheese slices stuffed into the croissant were frozen hard and cold. Chicken ham was also really cold. The way it was done into the croissant made it impossible to eat without all the stuff falling out. There were no offers from the staff to warm my croissant.. Not sure if they even offer this though.

Terrible experience, firstly delifrance serve western food no? But the staff don't know any of the names of the menu items, the promotion, brochure etc place there, when told them they don't seems to know it exist. Secondly the staff cannot speak basic English, only speaking Chinese at a french outlet selling french food menu item with no knowledge of what they selling. Absolutely trash, experience boils down to just pointing, through the glass. This doesn't feels like delifrance at all, and worse that any fast food. The coffee and tea are also machine made, only about half cup full, taste lousy, I think the the coffee vending machine beside it has more value (and it's grinded coffee grounds too) Pastries are so limited and quality is really bad like many of the reviews mentioned. I am just feeling glad I didn't order any of the mains.
