Good for having breakfast when visiting hospital. The croissant is nice, coffee was ok better than average. For the sandwich filling, I think it will be better to heat a bit than just serving in cold.

👎👎👎👎👎 Raw lasagna w/o parmesan condiments. Quality of lasagna was tasteless Filipino staff was below standard. They serve lasagna but they don't have parmesan cheese. Manager on duty was not up to par on service, she handed out receipts and drinks in a very unfriendly manner

Went here to have my lunch while I was waiting for someone.. clean and spacious! Nice food too! The set mean is worth the money too

i had the savoury pancakes and it was horrible. the turkey bacon was dry and tasted like salted cardboard, the sausages were the tiny kind you can get from the supermarket and the scrambled eggs looked more like dry omelette. the entire thing cost $13.50 including a hot drink

Food is satisfactory but service really a huge issue!Staff on duty work very very slowly despite the super long queue!Ignorant & no sense of urgency!Two persons working at counter at a snail's pace during lunch hour peak period!Need to increase manpower to cope with this.Waited for 30mins just to buy an item takeaway with 3 customers in queue ahead of me. Kindly see to this.

I had the smoked salmon croissant sandwich, which was so stuffed with lettuce, cucumber and tomatoes that the smoked salmon had to sit on top of the sandwich as there was no room inside. The coffee was straight from their machine, so I felt it was a bit pricey for a non barista made coffee..

Had the chance to try our their All breakfast after my medical appointment ended at NUH. I ordered their breakfast platter consist of scrambled eggs, ham, sausage and croissant. Jam and butter were given. Due to the way its being cooked boiled ham and sausages, the watery residual seeped into the croissant otherwise could be good. So i didnt finish the croissant when half of it is soggy! Coffee lack milk so its really almost dark coffee. The only saving grace is their pastries which is still quite good.

We had our afternoon coffee, pastry & cake on the 9 May after my appointment. It was a disappointment. I was served pastry in a saucer instead of a proper dessert plate! To add salt to the wound, I was given a plastic fork, knife & coffee stirrer. I was not the one who ordered at the counter. I would have made them change the whole get up to proper dish & utensils. Mind you, the set was not cheap. I had felt shortchanged of service. The apple turnover was rather dismaying. There was just a dollop of it in the pastry. It was hard trying to cut them to pieces in a small saucer. I ate it off with my hand instead. The coffee was rather bitter. The whole cafe was not properly maintained. There was no one to clean the tables after customers. The table was slimy and the floor was littered with bits & pieces of leftovers. I cleaned the table on my own with my sanitizer. This is not the Delifrance I once knew. It has seen better days in the bygone era.

Seafood Croissant, my all time favorite. Was visiting at NUH and decided to have lunch at NUH Delifrance. As usual, ordered my seafood croissant.. found a plastic foreign objective in my sandwich while eating.. very disappoint. Informed the crew when she deliver the hot meal.. no apology… nothing.. just “oh”

I had my breakfast here after my appointment. The staff were very friendly with good service. Among all the delifrance I have patronize, this one is the best. The food was nice and we enjoy it

Eating area was very stuffy. Waited 20 mins to take order Wanted to order ice manuka lemon but staff said no ice left hot drinks. Then say can order ice apple or orange juice end up i wanted orange juice and tell me no more. Waste of time
