Nice place to have a light meal or quick bite/snack. They have around 5-6 tables where you can eat-in. In addition to what's displayed in the fridge, you can get fresh made baguette and other bread. You can also order croissant with your choice of filling (tuna, salmon, salads, etc). It's a counter service - order and pay at the cashier counter - and you bring the food yourself to the table. Both the savoury bread and the sweet danish were taste great.👍🏼

Not sure why. I dropped by on a weekend but had to queue more than 20 mins for the food. As always their tart is well made, love their crust and the custard, the strawberry is fresh too. I always love their croissant and bread with tuna or chicken.

Happy that delifrance come back to Tampines. 😍😍😍 3 of my favourite items are original flavour madeleine, mini coffee eclair and chicken croissant! 😋😋😋 their croissant 🥐🍗 is one of the best croissants in Sg! 😍😍😍 their cappuccino is also very good! ☕ we buy tuna puff and original flavour madeleine every week for next day breakfast. Yesterday was sad to be given a burnt tuna puff... last week the original flavour madeleine was also burnt...☹️☹️☹️☹️☹️☹️☹️☹️☹️☹️☹️☹️ the tuna puff is a good breakfast option, my family loves to have them once a week...😋😋😋 the tuna mushroom puff is 9 out of 10! 😋😋😋 their breakfast platter is also very delicious! 😋😋😋 forming a smiley face with the food. 😃😏😏😏😛🤪😝😜

Very lousy place to dine in. Firstly, it was very dirty, messy and to a certain extent unhygienic. Leftover food by previous customers were all around. The whole shop that has more than 13 tables were managed by only 2 staff(including cashier) during peak hour - Sunday morning. Customers will have to clear the plates left by previous customers. It’s a badly managed and understaffed store. It is not the staff fault. Very negative dinning experience.

Delifrance was around since I could remember, and there’s a pretty good reason why they’re still around and going strong. Always a huge fan of the croissants, especially the one FILLED with chunks of tuna and seafood. Warm crispy pastry, with the cool and flavourful tuna, a nice and filling snack to last you for quite a while. Tarts we’re good too, along with the sweet variations of the croissant. However, the savoury options are always my top choice, and will be number one on the list when I patronise them ^^

Understand there’s serious manpower crunch in the f&b industry but there’s a clear difference between lack of and bad service. For this outlet, it’s just bad service with rude staff. They first ignore you then approach after intentionally making you wait, with a stare without a word. The whole time I missed the sign that says “find a table before you order”, only saw it after placing my order. I went “oh! I’m suppose to get my table before ordering”, the next sec, I was replied with a “ya” and he walked away. Horrifying! I’m not asking for over the moon service, just the basic of notifying about finding a table prior to order? If not, place the sign where it’s more prominent, the one now is just amongst the many other promotions signage. Never going back, I guess?

The place was very busy and crowded but we were able to get a table. It really looked like they don't have enough staff running this outlet.... many tables had not being cleared of used cutleries, mugs etc. The manager was very kind and replaced the tart we ordered after we found a hair in the pastry. There was still a long qué at the counter when we finish.

I had a craving for Delifrance but was immediately disappointed with my experience with them. Food wise, it was just alright. Ordered the chicken croissant and wanted it warmed up but it was not warm enough. I have observed that the 3 staff displayed a noticeable deficiency in their understanding of essential service etiquette and technical competencies required for their roles as F&B service staff. The initial encounter at the counter was meant to be their chance to make a positive first impression, but unfortunately, things did not go as planned. 1) The staff who took our order did not smile at all and was quite edgy while performing his duties. 2) He was also unsure of how to perform certain tasks and appeared to need the support of his other two staff members at the back. I felt that there was a poor delegation of manpower. The other staff may be his senior or supervisor, but they are not demonstrating the appropriate qualities of a service staff. 3) The dining area was not properly taken care of and appeared disorganized and unsanitary. It is truly disheartening to witness the decline of such a pleasant establishment due to inadequate management. I will not personally recommend this outlet but will visit other outlets for their croissant.

It has been a very long time since I had Délifrance dine-in. Decided to give it a try after many many years and shrinkflation has hit it real. The croissant was not as big and fluffy as before and the coffee was outright sad. For $5+, it came from a machine and they wanna call it cáfe mocha/latte. Tart wise I'll come back for it anytime as it is delicious, where the pastry was nice and buttery while crispy, and the fillings are wonderful but it is on the sweeter side.

A good spot to sit back, relax, and chill. They serve drinks and croissants with fillings to complete your day. Cakes, bread, and other pastries are also available. The staff tries their best to serve customers, and payment is convenient with cashless paywave.

Comparable to CBTL breakfast menu but priced higher. Serving size is just enough. Requested milk for my black coffee and was charged a dollar. Overall I would rather CBTL than here. Service - there was only one guy serving on a Saturday morning. He was also busy with delivery orders.

Passed by this place after lunch and since we got some time to kill, we decided to join the not too long queue just to get some tarts & coffee. It is a small outlet but sadly most of the tables were either occupied with diners or dirty plates with leftover food/drinks by the previous customers…. We cleared one table for ourselves but during the entire 45 mins while we were there, those dirty tables remained uncleaned… The tarts are nice & coffee not bad (can be smaller cup at lower price though, as I see most of the diners left with at least 1/4 cup not drank) but cleaning service needs to be improved. Is either to add one more person to help the elderly staff or promote “clear your own tray” within the outlet 🙂

The branch here was a little messy even though there was a lack of customers. Most of the tables were unclean. Service was quick though and food is still good.
