Kudos to the staff on duty for handling and explaining the situation. Management could do more to empower the staff who’s just trying their best. Came to Delifrance Sunday evening for dinner and alas, found all seats occupied. Looked around and saw 2 students studying, occupying 4 seats. Between them, only 1 drained cup of coffee. I went to counter staff to ask if they could help to invite the students to vacate their seat for the dinner crowd. Staff on duty was very apologetic and said they had already approached the students and asked them to leave but the students claimed they have a drink and insisted on staying. Not wanting to make a scene the staff relented. She lamented helplessly that there’s little she could do and cited there were many of such cases and she had receive formal complaints before for asking ppl to leave. I didn’t press the issue and waited around to get another seat from a more considerate couple who saw we were waiting. While dining, I also noticed many prospective customers hovering who left cause they couldn’t find a space. Management should empower the staff to police such blatant abuse of the seats, and protect the staff from complaints from such inconsiderate customers. Food is still nice though! Love their fruit tarts. 👍🏻

Nana is very polite and customer service oriented. Asked for recommendation and she advised based on her experience. The food portion is great and tasty. The kitchen crew are also very polite and friendly!

I didn’t know croissants could be THIS fun 😭🥐✨ I finally tried the brand new Délifrance Croissant Bar at Tampines 1, and I’m honestly obsessed. They’ve brought a super interactive café experience to Singapore built around “Your Croissant, Your Way” — meaning you don’t just order pastries… you build them. You basically choose your own croissant: base, fillings, drizzles, toppings… and yes, I went all in. I customised my Cube Croissant with: 👉 peanut butter filling 👉 chocolate dip 👉 M&M’s 👉 Oreo crumbs 👉 crispy Crispearls It was a full-on texture bomb — sweet, crunchy, creamy, and ridiculously satisfying. Also tried the Eiffel Tower Croissant Waffle with the same topping combo… super crispy, super addictive. Pro tip: don’t just go full sweet overload 😭 Balance it out with their savoury pies — the Mushroom Pie is creamy and comforting, and the Curry Pie has that perfect spicy kick. And drinks that tie everything together: 🍓 Strawberry Frappe 🍵 Layered Matcha Strawberry (almost too pretty to drink) If you love pastries, you need to try this 👇🥐✨

Delifrance at Tampines 1 turned out to be the perfect spot to celebrate my daughter's birthday breakfast, and the whole experience left us with such warm memories. The cozy, bright ambience made it feel festive right from the start, and the staff were lovely about making the birthday girl feel extra special. We kicked things off with the smashed avocado and egg toast, which was fresh, creamy, and beautifully balanced—the avocado wasn't overly mashed, and the egg was cooked just right on top of perfectly toasted bread. It set a lovely, light tone for the rest of the meal. The grilled chicken spaghetti aglio olio was a hit at our table. The garlic and olive oil base was fragrant without being too heavy, and the grilled chicken added a smoky depth that made the whole dish feel comforting yet not too rich for breakfast. My daughter cleaned her plate! Of course, no birthday breakfast is complete without the classics, so we ordered the mac & cheese for her too—gooey, cheesy, and exactly the kind of indulgent comfort food a birthday girl deserves. Her little eyes lit up the moment it arrived. For drinks, we went with a pot of English breakfast tea, which was robust and well-brewed, the perfect companion to the savory dishes. And for the birthday girl herself, a babychino topped with marshmallows and a sprinkle of chocolate made her feel like she was having her own grown-up coffee moment. The showstopper, though, was the Eiffel Tower waffles with toppings. Beautifully presented and generously topped with fruits, sauces, and a sprinkle of festive flair, it felt like the perfect birthday centerpiece. My daughter couldn't stop smiling as she dug into it. Delifrance Tampines 1 made our little celebration feel truly special. Great food, sweet touches, and a daughter who left with the biggest smile—we'll definitely be back for more birthday breakfasts here!
