Not the friendly bunch but it's ok. We were told off that we need to wait and give any pastries/sandwiches order at the sandwich make line. Only drinks order to proceed to the cashier. Problem was, the staff stationed there didn't bother to acknowledge or ask for our order. As there only a single line(lunch hour) we move on and just gave our orders to her. Anyway, this is not our first rodeo here at this outlet. It is always the lacklustre service. We weren't bothered much before but as a customer 'being schooled' for something not exactly our mistake today, that icks us. Be better.

Deena and friends, ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent service from the team! Even though it was very crowded and busy, the staff remained patient, professional, and attentive throughout. They took the time to answer my questions and made sure I was well taken care of without making me feel rushed. It’s impressive to see such a high level of customer service despite the large crowd. Thank you to the team for making the experience so pleasant. Keep up the great work!

Tasty sandwiches with proper breads but the amount of ingredients is inconsistent depending on who makes it. Recently, my croissant had the saddest amount - just 1 small piece of lettuce (!!), 1 tomato (!) and 2 cucumbers. With a previous multigrain croissant, there were several small pieces of lettuce, 2 tomatoes, 2 cucumbers. With a previous baguette, there were 2 big pieces of lettuce, 2 big slices of tomatoes, 2 big slices of cucumbers. Is the croissant supposed to have less veggies compared to other breads? And where did baguette guy go... T_T

🥐 Delifrance @ Changi General Hospital, near Medical Centre Level 1: tasty double chocolate muffin, sliced strawberry fruit tart. Cosy spot to grab a cuppa, unwind, and recharge between appointments. Chill vibe 😌
