⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Burn provided such excellent service during my visit to Delifrance. He was incredibly friendly, polite, and attentive throughout. He greeted us warmly, was patient with our questions, and made sure everything was in order with a genuine smile. His positive attitude and professionalism really made our dining experience enjoyable. Staff like Burn are a great asset to Delifrance. Thank you for the wonderful service—I hope he gets the recognition he deserves!

I was very disappointed and unhappy with the service of the counter staffs who attended to me at Delifrance Lot 1. At about 11plus am on 30 May, I was queuing up to order my food when a lady behind me just cut off our conversation and the counter staff instead of letting the lady know that she is attending to me first, just went ahead talking to her. The staff then asked me to made payment while continuing to talk to the lady customer behind me. After my payment went through, the staff came back and told me that my credit card payment did not went through and asked me to pay again. I told her that I saw the machine already processed my payment and asked her to check again. She then re-checked and apologised saying that there was a problem with the receipt which made me puzzled. If I had not asked her to rechecked, I would have made a double payment of my food. Secondly, she asked me to wait for my food as they were not ready so I waited patiently for the food to be served. I remembered that there were not many customers at that time. A few minutes later, I went to check if my order is ready and to my disappointment, the food (avocado toast) was given to another customer who came after me. I asked the same counter staff lady who served me and she asked me what was my order and just turned to her colleague to made my order. She then passed me the other order, Big Breakfast as she had it on her hand. This time, I waited again patiently and a while later, I went to check with the counter staffs. This time round, I asked a Malay guy regarding my order (avocado toast) as I had been waiting for about 20mins. He just bluntly said “Oh there were a lot of orders since it’s crowded”.. I was asking myself, there weren’t a lot of customers when I came and why was my order given to another customer who came after me earlier? Even if the place was crowded, it’s not the customer problem to know and he should have been apologetic about it. Not showing “a dissatisfied look” to a customer. I really hope that the management could look into this matter and improve on the customer experience dining in future.

My Smash avocado and egg order didnt came have to clarify with the staff who had took my order again, food came egg was bland, some of the vegetable are blacken. Please also change your straws hard to sip especially drinking frappe... Came a few times with my mom before the standard was better than today.

Terrible Cleanliness wise. We were dining in and there were no utensils. Staff gave reasoning as it was not washed. Moreover, there was a staff standing at the washing area. We waited for than 10 mins for utensils and in the end they gave us platic utensils. There were 4 staff on duty and the whole management was so messy and disoriented. Each staff was just asking different customers for their orders and everyone was just shouting across like it was a hawker centre stall. There was no system and the manager looked ver overwhelmed. Staff were wearing the gloves to collect payment and used the same gloves to handle food and this continued. Terrible experience. We ended up leaving the place and packed our food to go. Delifrance Management needs to look into your leaders of respective outlets, especially for the amount you are charging yet not providing the service and hygiene practices.

I’d like to compliment Fu Jia, the Indian gentleman and the whole team part-time and full-time at Lot One Delifrance for their consistent service standards. Everyone’s always nice and polite and are quick to attend to customers even when they are slammed. Table are cleared promptly and trays are also cleared as soon as they can. Shoutout to Fu Jia who is always very friendly, remembers my orders and hardworking behind the counter!
