Had a great experience at DeliFrance Downtown East, thanks to Taufik’s excellent service. He was friendly, attentive and helpful throughout our visit. Great service like this definitely makes a difference — thank you, Taufik!

Friendly Staff, The Baked rice was the best part of everything, the coffee bean not very good, could be better

Visited the place on Sunday at 8:30am. Two staff members were present: one lady who was friendly but clearly inexperienced, and a male staff member who seemed experienced but was extremely unprofessional. This review is mainly about him. He offered the worst possible service, showed no effort to help, and handled every customer with the same careless attitude. No greeting, no smile, no thank you — nothing. Just a cold, dismissive approach that makes you feel unwelcome. This is exactly the kind of service that makes you not want to return.

We had a really positive experience at Delifrance DTE thanks to Teo from the training department. My husband urgently needed to respond to a work email, but his laptop ran out of battery. Teo went out of his way to help us obtain a cable so he could get back online in time. It was such a thoughtful and proactive gesture, and we truly appreciate his kindness and willingness to help beyond his role. Excellent service like this really makes a difference. Thank you, Teo!

Kudos to the staff at DTE Delifrance outlet! My P1 daughter ordered food by herself for the first time without me and accidentally ordered the full size Simply Chocolate drink instead of the complimentary kids drink and she was charged for the drink. But upon knowing the situation, the Malay lady manager was so kind and friendly to address my daughter by name and helped to void the bill and charge her only for the sandwich. I didn’t manage to get the manager’s name but the service and attention to detail is immaculate. Keep it up Delifrance team! :)
