Wow delifrance, I’ll add the photo in an update. Ordered a baked rice at 615pm, just delivered (648pm) Most people were just ordering the baguette (1 for 1) and pastries for take away, and one other lasagne served with ours. The more senior male staff at the cashier had to go into the kitchen multiple times as it seems they cannot keep up with the orders. The lasagna was decent but the baked rice was lukewarm. Pls work on your processes if you have such an extensive menu.

Very bad experience dining in the delifrance at downeast branch. We ordered chicken baked rice and mac and cheese. For drinks rose frizz and chocolate banana smoothie. I ask for no whip cream but they gave with whipped cream. The baked chicken rice was terrible. Bits of chicken was cold and rice was not hot at all. Will never ever dine there again.

The staffs there seem like don't know what to do and don't even know to use cashier machine. After long waiting they hide at the kitchen and I just walked away, This is rubbish! Délifrance management, please ensure you train your staffs properly before putting them on duty, this affects your reputation badly.

the male staff on duty today not very friendly. aggresive “yaya” behaviour while taking my order. however the older auntie serving me was good. but still a one star for that male staffs behaviour. 👎🏿 happened on 8/4/24 afternoon time

100/10 to the service staffs working in the morning shifts on Labour Day. Had a great, relaxing breakfast with no rushed feeling while dining in here. The staffs have great working chemistry and works well with each other. Great job 👏

Very very slow service by Karthika. Taking her own sweet time doing her orders despite having a queue behind. I came at 1.40pm, waited close to 10mins for her to serve the previous customer. Such a big outlet yet only 1 staff manning. Needless to say, she doesn’t have time to clear the food on the tables too. Hope the management can look into this & work on it.
