Came at 9am on a Tuesday morning on my way home towards Yishun interchange, to find a nice and quiet environment with ample seats around. Love the updated decor too. Left once it started to get noisier with more crowd.

Literally just ordered and guess what. Food can be missing too. So decided to call them to find out if error was indeed on their part or maybe it wasn't. 15 calls later, upto date and not one time it has been answered. Impressive. Their ability to ignore calls.

Lousy service and looked very unkept! First and my last time here! Oh boy! I miss the good old days Delifrance where crossiants r bigger with a full load of fillings! Standard dropped drastically!

The baked rice is nice I ordered but the quantity is a bit very small, nice ice blended mocha, expensive and small quantity that the problem why pay so much and get so little

Really slow service. I was second in line and waiting close to 15 mins to order. The staff at the sandwich station was super slow, she kept forgetting the orders from the person in front and spent a lot time leaving the station to look for things at the back. Asking for a simple fork took a long while as well. Then the older staff at the counter was unprofessional and kept shouting at the younger staff. Unpleasant experience, unlike other branches. Better off looking for food elsewhere.

Food was tasteless and is not worth for the price. Portion was little Staff was unpleasant Told me to wait 15 minutes and end up waiting 40 minutes Came by with the food and when asked for cutlery. Told me to get it myself. Which I don’t mind but kinda pointless to bring the food to the table and point the cutlery for you to take it yourself. Definitely downgraded from years ago.

Terrible dining experience at Yishun Delifrance… ordered white toast with scrambled egg and breakfast platter. White toast was mouldy, staff substituted with a smaller bread… eggs were over cooked and dry. Definitely the last time coming to Delifrance.

How is this a grilled triple cheese mushroom sandwich!!!!! I ordered that and I got sandwich with bread not grilled at all!! Come on man! U charge me for the former and u give me a simple egg and bread. Very saddening. I think the service need to improve big time

1st time here at Delifrance @ Northpoint City. Nice ambience. Served by pleasant & cheerful Staff Manager, Ms Mui Soon. Ordered Vegetarian Kheemer Puff. A pity that the filling is so little, there's peas and little bit of mash potatoes. As for the Cappuccino, thankfully, it's rich aroma and whipped cream is great.

Updated as of 5 Nov 2023: I respect Delifrance’s professionalism and attitude to strive for customer satisfaction. Was invited to enjoy their breakfast platter with my wife. The eggs were well cooked this time, the croissant was crispy and tasty all around. Whole dining experience certainly got lifted. Will certainly drop by for a nice Sunday breakfast in the future. Initial experience: Terrible dining experience at Yishun Delifrance… ordered white toast with scrambled egg and breakfast platter. Oliver, a passionate and courteous staff member, served me with kindness, making me feel genuinely appreciated. Despite being a trainee, she communicated effectively and displayed impressive attentiveness, prompting my desire to revisit. While table cleanliness could be enhanced due to crumbs and oil, the overall experience was delightful

5 stars for Sazuan who helped to send the food tray to my table as I was with my newborn and my sister was with her infant. He was so cheerful, kind and compassionate. I couldn't say the same for the malay hijabi lady, I didn't get customer service good vibes from her so I deducted a star. She can learn a thing or two from Sazuan.
