ordered through grab and was told food prepared already. driver told me they havent even start preparing???? i thought grab was at fault but it takes 2 hands to clap. poor service.

Super tasty as a snack! We went for Louisiana Rub Wingless Chicken flavour , it came warm and the fries (voodoo) with cheese sauce is so good!! Highly recommend for a quick fried chicken crave fix!

Like majority of the complains here, their serving time is ridiculous. For the first visit, they told us the waiting time for the food to be served is is 1.5hrs. Hello? Are you slaughtering the chickens on the spot? For the second visit today, they told us the waiting time is 45mins. Either they have a serious manpower shortage issue or the staffs there are glad to turn customers away. Never patronizing them again. The manager in this outlet should take some training from the Jurong East and City Square mall outlets to manage the branch properly.

It was recommended by my brother and I decided to give it a try. After which, I just got to say that food is crazy stuff, and everyone's taste buds are different. I find their wings very salty, not my type.

Always popular. Offers a variety of fried chicken flavour. Service tends to be very slow and waiting time for food to be prepared can take quite a long while.

Underwhelming chicken parts. I feel terrible tbh that those chicken wings sizes are just way too small to be eaten. Sorry but never going back again.

Really nice and big Wingstop. Quite surprised at the size of the store. Cozy as well and fast. Went at about 6pm Had dinner here last night and the chicken was hot and crispy. Kecap manis chicken, lemon pepper rub and ranch sauce. They didn't have mango habanero for some reason. Gf had Louisiana rub and Buffalo. They also have delivery of the chicken.

Extremely poor service. The senior sits aside to do admin and laughs while her junior struggles to juggle keying in Grab orders and the queue of customers waiting in front of him. You have to wait 10-15min for the junior to finish keying then let you know the waiting time is 1 hour, not 30min as said on the signage. No thanks!

Ordered from wingstop via Deliveroo. Missing an entire mushroom fritters, responsibility of missing items does not lie with Deliveroo as they are in charge of delivery. Do check before giving the order to the rider

There’s a student meal promotion and I ordered it before 6 on a weekday. The staff said no and gave me the normal 6piece combo price. I waited for about 1 hr for my food and the service is horrible. The more plump cashier is very rude.

Slowest wingstop service. I waited almost 40 mins for my food for takeaway when there were more than 5 staffs in the kitchen. after 30mins of waiting, I asked staff how long would my order take and he just went off to check my order without getting back to me. staffs were all wearing their masks down 🤷♀️

Waited about 40mins for my food when stated 20-30mins. Ordered Garlic Parmesan and BBQ 8pc boneless. Was given 4 Pc BBQ and 4pc PLAIN boneless... understand 845pm got a lot of orders so waiting time is longer but messing up the order with PLAIN bonesless wings is just sad

Waited almost 45 mins for my order. And they have 5 people working in that tiny space. I notice that those who ordered for dine in and ordered before me too did not get their food. Wingstop should train the manager of the branch to divide the task accordingly and utilise the staff properly.

Horrible experience. Waited close to 40 minutes for our food and there was no mention of how long it would take when we ordered. Despite waiting for so long, the food was borderline cold when we collected our dine in order. It was only slightly warm, not hot even after waiting for so long. Seasoned fries were cold and soggy, boneless chicken was soggy and came in miserably small pieces. There were also many delivery riders waiting for extremely long and I totally understand their frustration. Outlet was not clean, had lots of food scraps on the floor and tables uncleared and they were not understaffed. There was at least 5-6 staff present all cooped inside the counter. Horrible. Never coming back. 👎🏻

ATTITUDE IS SO BAD! 😡😡😡 WOULD NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL! First of all after waiting for nearly an hour,we still didn’t get our food. They were all just busy prioritising the delivery orders. Super inconsiderate for the people in a rush. Secondly, when we arrived we had to clear and clean the tables ourselves 😠! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS OUTLET AT ALL! The disposal area is so dirty and no one cares. I would definitely give this 0 stars if i could.

order garlic parm and lemon pepper but the food was horrible! there was no parm on the garlic parm and the lemon pepper had not enough sauce, absolutely disappointing chicken went soggy so quickly

Came during the peak hour so was not surprised by the longer wait time. However I feel the kitchen size is not big enough to handle the amount of orders the outlet goes through a day. Seating is very minimal and makes the place look messy. Management should consider either a larger lot for their store or to expand the size of the kitchen as it looks really cramp for the staff working there.

I’m a food delivery rider and I always have to wait for so long for an order. Please do something with the management. Such a small restaurant but have too many order at the same time. The staff can’t even keep up the pace. If the restaurant is very busy it should stop having order for a moment. Pls do something about it because we can’t be waiting for 1 hour for just an order, even customer are complaining. If can’t keep up the pace for too many order pls pause delivery machine first and carry on when it is not busy again!!! Hope the management can do something about it!!!
