Horrible portion. $6.80 for a chicken cutlet set that looks like this. 1st and last time buying. And I remember when I ask the lady for more chilli, her reply is “standard 2 scoops only”. Wow, I wonder how expensive can additional chilli cost them? It’s not like I’m asking for my rice to be covered with chilli.

Bought the Nasi Lemak through Grab. No sambal given. How do you eat nasi lemak without the sambal?! How can one forget to put the sambal, isn’t it part of the dish?! I even opt to separate the sambal. Very Dissapointing!!!!

I bought the nasi lemak three days ago. The staff was really rude He did not bother about what he was taking. He just simply picked it up and threw it into the rice. I wanted the egg yolk without being too cooked but he was oblivious to the surrounding Very bad experience! I won’t buy again

✔️Consistent always, chilli not really but overall amazing food. Ordering via Pick up from Foodpanda is a cheaper option, their Bandung and Calamansi perfect sweetness, not over sweet and not under sweet.

Tried it with 1 for 1 deal ar $5.90 (can top up 2 banana leaf otah at $3) which is pretty good catch. Despite the promotion I don’t think the quantity is reduced and the staffs are pretty efficient in serving the long queues. Waited only for like 15 minutes so am impressed how well it’s managed. Chicken wing - good. Chilli - good. Egg - ok not bad. Rice - ok not bad. Would prefer this to Lee Brothers in fact!

Unfortunately, when my food was delivered, there was no sambal included. It seems that paying for the sambal addon separately may be necessary to enjoy the complete Nasi Lemak experience. Remember to double-check and ensure all desired components are included in your order.

It get seriously over priced for what they can offer. Dined in, service staff had zero EQ to clear the bin which was right beside the table when we r still eating. Lousy experience not gg back again.

Got the fish fillet $6.50 with $1 calamansi drink and $1 fish otah. Cant go wrong with crave 👍🏼 i love the sambal its savory and slightly spicy; not too spicy for a xiao la person like myself.

I ordered 2 x takeaway last week. I found 1 x vegetable and 1 x bergedil missing. I went back to order a nasi lemak and wanted them to add back the vegetable and bergedil. All the staff apologized and gave me a free meal with a free drink of Bandung. They did not argue at all. I am really touched by their offer. I need to spread the word of their excellent attitudes and good service. I will be back!

Maybe need to sell fresher items and dont refry. the fish and the chicken today were very oily and didn't taste fresh. Also missing otah which I paid for and only noticed that I didn't get when I got home.

Went to the Compass 1 outlet today. The male staff that was in charge of preparing the food was very rude. He was agitated seeing the long queue. And I was disappointed when upon reaching home, all my 3 packets of nasi lemak had no chilli. And here you are screaming at another customer ahead of me, telling that poor lady that she had to pay for extra chilli when she requested for more. So now, you did not give me any chilli, can I then get refund?

Compass One outlet : Very bad service for delivery orders. Not the 1st time not providing cutlery despite already indicated on order. Am suspecting their outlet staffs either too lazy and didn’t bother to read instructions else maybe illiterate?
