they didn’t give me the chilli, and two malay staff attitude damn rude, i oni asked a qns and they replied “u don unds ah” smtg rly bad happened thr, i asked to add on a chicken wing, how does it make sense to be 4$ each chicken wing, both of the staff told me it’s because i ordered two chicken wing one inside the set meal and one alacart, but inside the set meal one i alr paid wat, 6.90$ for it and they wan charge it again? so now is like they asking me to pay 10.90$ for three chicken wing, and when i trying to tell them they insist it and keep on repeating “u don unds ah”, bruh i’m not trying to be a public nuisance so i didn’t argue w them back. crave is this how u manage ur staff? w this kind of attitude? if continue to be like this i won’t be back. rly disappointed.

Delicious Nasi Lemak at Jurong Point! I recently visited Crave Nasi Lemak at Jurong Point and had a wonderful experience! I ordered their signature Nasi Lemak Jewel and it absolutely lived up to its name. The fragrant coconut rice was perfectly cooked, and every component came together beautifully to create a truly satisfying meal. What impressed me just as much as the food was the quick service. Despite being a popular spot, my order arrived promptly, which I really appreciated. The staff were efficient and kept things running smoothly. If you’re at Jurong Point and craving authentic nasi lemak, I highly recommend giving Crave a try. Their Nasi Lemak Jewel is definitely a must-order. It’s their signature dish for good reason! Great food, fast service, and excellent value. I’ll definitely be back for more.

Bought this for a take away and it was a smiling lady which was good and the food was good too. Will add on a bedegil if ordering again.

I just bought food at Jurong Point. I paid for a bucket - 10 pieces of chicken, but what I got is 5 pieces of chicken that were being cut to small 10 pieces. This is ridiculous. Even I bought on Grab, it won't be the same. I also paid for 5 pieces of bergedils, turn out I got nothing. I hope customers service get back to me asap.

I like Mr. Hiddir, he always serve customer with passion and friendly. Of course the meal have is superB. Always my first choice.
