Had bad experience with their otah last time so I didn't visit them for a while. Today I tried again and ordered their chicken cutlet set. Chicken cutlet was very good. And as usual, their basmati rice was so fluffy and delicious! By the way, the lady staff was polite too. She even greet me good morning!

Got a bunch of otah... original and prawn. Tasted stale and the otah is dried, sticking terribly onto the leaves. Suspect that the otah are stored for a long time OR not properly cooked (maybe overcooked). Very disappointing.

I ordered a large nasi lemak breakfast order which unfortunately was incompletely packed, with some items missing. I returned a few hours later and greeted by the team who had already realised the earlier mistake. They refunded the shortfall and didn’t accept payment for a chicken wing that I wanted to purchase. It was a pleasant experience despite having to make a second visit to IMM. Nasi lemak was good but the service, excellent. 👍

Bad experience ordering on Deliveroo. Order got rejected after 10-15 min. What a waste of time... Could have ordered elsewhere and food should have been otw... Totally not reliable

Ordered the new jewel set and checked with the staff if he has added sambal chilli to my nasi lemak because i saw he didnt add. Told me he did and i returned home without any sambal in my nasi lemak. Lousy service
