Mariam was friendly and helpful in explaining the various options and creating a welcoming presence for customers. Regarding company policy, Crave could be more flexible in allowing customers to change between sides if the price of the sides are the same. For example, egg to otah.

Very awesome food! Serve hot! Even when i reach home the food taste good too. Really love it very much. Me and my family really love it. Had my food on 20 april. Staff (it was a guy staff, regret that didnt manage to get his name) attend to me is also very polite, nice and very helpful at the same time!!!

Honestly, i just like the overall experience of me ordering my food at downtown east crave! Fast and easy! Waiting time not too long! Acceptable. I really appreciate to the server , a lady, cant remember her name, i can tell she’s smiling while asking me whether do i need my cutlery. Thanks for good service

Great comfort food as always . The staff here is really nice and friendly so that makes the experience all the more better whenever I grab some lunch here . A special mention to Mariam who always has great customer service and makes an effort to help if any issues are encountered . Thanks 🤩

Food nice, gd service but its saturday lunch time n only one malay aunty working alone.. Crave should employ more worker to work on weekends.. poor aunty… management cannot employ more staff to work is it?????
