Always liked the beef curry. However, I was totally disappointed with it today! The beef curry used to be so tender, but totally its so tough that I have to use a knife to cut it up to tiny pieces for it to be chewable! Had a nightmare trying to eat this! Paid $11.40 (including extra rice), so not worth it! Not coming back.

Bought Nasi lemak Royale on 20/12 9pm and wasn’t given chilli nor egg. The lady was impolite and had no heart to work.

Don’t like ur hygiene practices. Boxes dropped on the floor were used to pack food! Confronted them about the issue and was given an attitude from the 2 male staff.

It's so expensive for nasi lemak chicken wing rice at $6.30 and very little rice. Eat something else better.

I went to buy nasi lemak Royale and the classic with extra wings and begedil, but unfortunately, the begedil was missing from my order. Despite being assured of extra care in packing, this has happened multiple times before, and it seems other customers have faced the same issue. It's truly disappointing and feels like a form of cheating, given that it has occurred to several customers, including myself, on multiple occasions.

No Authenthic nasi lemak use basmati rice. They use Jasmine rice. This crave nasi lemak ok only. So does those that use basmati rice.

The fat guy with specs just threw the food into the packaging with no heart . If unhappy , kindly quit the job. We deserved a proper service when handling the food

Staff from this branch were RUDE and serve you with an attitude! If u are redeeming a nasi lemak set from trust bank, DO NOT come here. Their own staff DO NOT even know or can provide their merchant pin for u redeem. U will just need to pay at the end. Their food continued to be a pricey low standard version of nasi lemak. Crave, do your and sg ppl a favor, closed down soon if you do not have any more heart and passion to serve good quality food. I would never ever recommend anybody to eat Crave.

I go there at 12.15pm and they told me to wait 30 min as the rice not cooked yet . Then i come back at 4.25pm and bought the cutlet chicken . Guess what ? They give me without chilli ? Then i should eat rice and chicken ? Dispointed totally dispointed . No wonder the rating so low . And i dont know the owner is not even bother ?
