Third day in the city and my son had a craving for a meal with rice (where we are from, most people eat rice w/ every meal). Passed by this shop and ordered one Nasi Lemak with Fish Fillet and one with Tempura Chicken. ✅✅✅ So pleased to share that we loved both meals.

Cosy place not crowded even on weekend when visited. Items availability varies depends on individual's choices. Had Royale set which is very filling. Great sambal, need to pay extra for extra scoop.

Very rough take away meal! Ordered the Royale and the trainee staff did not know what’s included in it. Will go again if all the other restaurants in the mall are shut.

i strongly suggest you educate your staff that complaint she'sworking alone on customer service! stop showing her frustrations just because she has to work on her own anddemand customer to wait on her! she even told me if i am busy DONT COME!

Gave a really small portion of ikan bilis, chicken was tiny as well. You might as well walk to the markets to get nasi lemak as they are just as good but more generous. Their service is also so much better than the spoilt staff who take their jobs for granted at this outlet.

Wont support anymore since it showed rudeness and insincerity. Bad experiences when the shop was permanently closed without notifying in woodlands mart it wasted much times. If taking away, only gave abit sambal which is not enough. There will be more options to substitute it

Always enjoyed a peaceful meal at City Square Mall B2 as not crowded in the mornings. Staff service ok. Plenty of seats at this branch compared to others though encountered a few times others just brought outside food in without even ordering food from Crave but staff don’t even check.

They gave me the wrong order and it’s not the first time, it’s the 3rd time they sent the wrong order, missing items, and the thing annoyed me the most is they never give sambal when order delivery, I don’t understand, you expect people eat Nasi lemak without sambal? Are you trying to save cost by not giving sambal? The service is super bad and the staffs need to learn how to read the orders.

Ordered beef nasi lemak. Curry and chilli taste ok. Rice can barely taste the lemak. Served on plastic plate which was miserable, had to hold on to plate while eating (not much weight from contents). Price is not cheap.

The food is good but the amount of plastic waste is atrocious. One meal is enough to choke all the aquatic life in Bedok reservoir. I'll happily give 5 stars if the management switches to more sustainable serving plates and cups

I went to the restaurant to get a meal this morning.. I ordered something but the old person working there (the cashier) scolded me and other people in front of me. We buy food from you for money and not for nothing. We do not beg for food. Food is bought by paying money. That person does not know how to speak properly. When I ordered a fish fillet meal, he only gave me a fish fillet. When I ordered a meal again, he scolded me in front of everyone. When I spoke to him, he seemed not to hear. He read like this to me the other day too, but I didn't pay much attention to it that day. I should be the last customer he talks to like this. I don't give food to anyone I know while he is there and today is the last day I will get food. He made me crave. very very bad customer service of that old guy. 😡😡😡

No ikan Billis, no cucumber and server seemed like he was rushing to close the shop and kept looking very agitated when I was ordering my food. first time I experienced such disappointment from here, won’t be back

Staff not very friendly, as a first time customer, there's no clear indication that I should order from the order kiosk. Stood at order counter, and was rudely told to use the kiosk which wasn't very conspicuous. While waiting for my order, the same thing happened to other customers. Most just walked away wondering why they got scolded. If the stall is understaffed, please put up clearer sign where the food order kiosk is. Not worth getting this type of service for the price they charge for the food.

Food is delicious. Fried chicken wing is crispy and rice is exactly right. Except if you want additional chili, you will be charged for 30 cents
