not my first time here and i noticed they are always consistent in terms of quality of food, customer service and cleanliness of the store too!! the pastries are affordably priced, come in generous portions, halal certified PLUS amazing puff to filling ratio too?? i would definitely recommend 👏

Having already “accumulated goodwill,” so to speak, by assisting an elderly customer in a moment of difficulty, the subsequent retail interaction presents a striking contrast in service quality. The handling of a delicate puff—first compressed before packaging, then subjected to further pressure and unnecessary movement at the cashier—reflects a lack of basic care and attentiveness. From a critical perspective, this sequence of actions suggests either insufficient training or disregard for product integrity. Even absent retail experience, one might reasonably expect that fragile items should be handled with minimal force. The result is a diminished customer experience, where avoidable mishandling undermines both the product and the overall perception of service standards.

normally there will be 2 ladies in the front line. the taller skinny one is always very helpful. seeing my hands full she will suggest putting my coffee at the counter so i can choose my bread. the shorter lady with glasses who is the cashier on the other hand has the worst attitude i have ever come across in service line. is not just her face is black all the time but her attitude is really bad. there were few incidents i gotten attitude from her. and the timings is when i was the only customer. please send her to learn basic customer service. if not can consider letting her work back end. if not for my mum who loves the croissants i wouldnt pay money to see her black face.

Food is always good 😊👍 Had to double check my order against their website this time though, cos cheese and mayo lathered over croissant rather than the chicken was a bit unbelievable 😅 Maybe that's just me. Service pretty good before. Staff would purposely come to my side of the display so they can see when I point out what I want, and they take straight from the display so I definitely know there is no confusion of order. This time, the staff wanted me to rattle off the names of the croissant I want (which, pretty difficult, since it is 'Chili Crab Stick Mayo's and 'Spicy Korean Chicken Egg Mayo with Cheese's) 😅 And they take from the rack rather than display. All this can understandably cause some confusion (idk if they wrong, or I say wrong also), so better if they can return to the service standard before.

Bought the chicken mayo- so salty. Feel like just eating mayo with little veggies. Cant taste the meat. Before I could finish the sandwich - I already felt so thirsty.
