Im really not much of pastry person, don't indulge much actually. Once in a while a piece of egg tart or maybe a cupcakes just to ease the cravings but sweet tooth I definitely am not. So, I received these. First impressions, good packaging, sturdy and definitely easy to carry in a bag. The box contains 4 mixed muffins, a chocolate oreo, a dark chocolate disc topping, cheese and a plain one I suppose. Not much of a variety I guess. Taste test, hhmmm ... putting it simply, it's just "nice". Nothing fantastic and nothing to rave about, so the best word to describe it, "ok lah". The muffins were both moist and dry, with a hint of taste and flavoring. If not for the toppings I guess it's justa plain ol' cake. Like I said, it's not great but it's not bad. Something I would travel just to get? Nah .... Also I read some of the other feedbacks and I am rather disturbed and if the management has done anything to address the issues. It's is a huge cause for concern. For now, a huge NO, to visiting their outlet. Packaging: 4 / 5 Flavour: 2.5 / 5 Overall : Meh

Would ONLY recommend their pastries which are really good. Toast and coffee/tea are of average, maybe a little below, standard. Too high a price to ask for an average cup of coffee.

Kopi & tarts, please educate your staff to being polite to the customer. There is this chinese lady staff with short hair in the cashier yesterday evening was so rude and this is my 2nd time encounter her with her terrible service. There are many customer complaints about her of being rude and arrogant. Send her to some customer service course she need that the most. Had to face her irritating face when we place in the order.

Went today and ask for less ice but the ice still consist 2/3 of the cup. We are paying XXL price for a XXL drink not the amount of Ice! Please improve the service and quality of the beverage!!

Had marble and butter cake not bad. A little pricey $3 plus each but quite thick. The honey lemon was very strongly sweet and sour but after a while the ice diluted it so more “normal”. I thought was quite nice my order was thru grab so didn’t experience the poor customer service. I ordered the chicken and chicken mushroom and tuna pastry but yet to taste. Have to ask my parents after they try lol. I like the XXL size of the honey lemon 🍋. Good hydration.

First time eating here and the staff is friendly but the food was being prepared slowly. The toast taste crispy but I wish they have put more Kaya and butter in it. Ice Kopi taste rich which I like it.

I used to patronize them for the scrambled egg set and will buy their mini pastries or egg tarts. However, for the past two times that i went, the tea was diluted and coffee already turn sour. The toast that i had was burnt a little (i was thinking it's ok), but the butter spread was so miserable. The only better one was just the scrambled egg. I found a plastic piece among my food, it really turns me off. The one star is for the scrambled egg.

Hi Kopi and Tarts Team, Good day. I would like to complaint and compliment about 5 of your staffs @ JP outlet, time @ 11:38am. Complaint: Staff 1: short blonde hair Malaysian lady the cashier counter always have this SUPER BLACK FACE whenever I visit the outlet and do things super slowly, she's just wasting everyone's time. Staff 2: China lady with pony tails, she made my order when I think I'm the one who ordered drinks at that timing, when the drinks done I take my order and she still asked me what's my drinks, what do I ordered with a very SARCASTIC way. PLEASE TRAIN THEM WELL FOR THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE ESPECIALLY THE SHORT BLONDE HAIR LADY, I THINK THERE'S ALOT OF FEEDBACK FROM YOUR GOOGLE REVIEW ABOUT HER. Compliment: 2 guys with glasses (who are not working today, 7 Nov) and 1 auntie (who is working today, 7 Nov, she's standing behind the cashier counter.) As a regular customer, these 3 bravo staffs always know what I wants to order whenever they saw me and they will always do greeetings everyday.

Only note the price is so much higher than rest, I order a teh c Bing and it costs me 4.2. Probably I will order somewhere else next time.

Dude, please check on the Google review and see what terrible service and staff you have! The staff members are rude. Placed my order at 8 am I arrived at 8:29 am waited until 8:40 am and my drink was not being prepared. Asked the cashier lady and she showed a frown face. The lady who help preparing the drink like taking her own sweet time doesn't care about others worst also! Do something please!

QR Code faded and not able to scan, the infamous rude, imbecile and lazy BLONDE HAIRED PLUMP Cashier just does not want to help with the NETS machine to scan for pay and scan, kept asking to scan on the faded QR code print. When request for NETS she shouted "use your card lah!" Is this the kind of service you have Kopi and Tarts? Why should we carry physical cash and our cards around when we are able to.pay via smartphone. WILL NEVER PATRONISE YOUR SHOP at JURONG POINT again.
