Tiffany helped us with some great recommendations! She was very nice and patient with us while we decided on our order. Highly recommend the loaded fries here. They came out so good. Will definitely be coming back soon.

Urban Bird never disappoints! The chicken was hot, fresh, and perfectly seasoned with just the right amount of crunch. The fries were crispy, and the sauces took everything to the next level. The staff was friendly, the service was fast, and the restaurant was clean. You can tell they care about the quality of their food. Definitely one of the best hot chicken spots in Houston—I’ll be coming back again and again!

Our first time at Urban Bird Hot Chicken was such a great experience! My family and I really loved the food it was fresh, flavorful, and absolutely delicious. Specifically the CHICKEN! We’re so glad we gave it a try! Alejandra was amazing and made our first visit even better with her friendly attitude, helpful service, and kindness. She made us feel so welcome. We’ll definitely be back!

The food was delicious but when we went inside to eat, every single table was dirty. And not just some left over napkins, but food crumbs, sauces and just sticky. A little pricey but the food tasted very good.
