I'd give a 5 star to everyone I interacted with, Andrea you put the order in correctly so it's not on you. The reason for 3 star is because 1. Cook didn't follow directions and put seasoning on my fries... everything else I wouldn't comment about if it weren't for this. 2. The food is pricey, and with how much we pay, (plus I tip), the wait, and the heat of the restaurant is why for three stars. I returned because last nights team got 5 stars from me I just hadn't had a chance to review yet. Unfortunately bad things motivate more. If yall can make this right next time I will delete this review. Everyone was very friendly and so 5 stars to that.

Emely P. gave us excellent service. She was kind, courteous, and was very knowledgeable of the menu. On top of everything, she was also cleaning and assisting others with their orders. We thought she was the manager because of how she handled everything smoothly. A perfect employee who made our experience memorable.

If I could give it a 1 star, I would. I ordered on 7/16/2026 - a chicken sandwich meal and the tenders and waffles. The tenders and waffles were fine but the chicken sandwich had a smell but its been there before so I took the risk and ate the sandwich. I only got through a few bites of it, then I couldnt take anymore because it smelled and tasted rotten (the coleslaw) Within an hour, I had the worst stomach pains ever, and I ended up have food poisoning and was throwing up. If I didnt throw up right at that time I would have went to the hospital, it was that bad. The next day I called to complain, and the worker wouldnt take my complaint or hand the phone to the manager because she said he wasnt there. Then she told me to call the Webster location and that he would be there. I called there and spoke to their manager Gigi and she didnt listen to my complain and said she would pass my message on and they would call me back for my refund, but I still havent gotten any call back

Food is great but it always takes around 30 minutes to get your food. Even when its not busy. Then I get home and see that I was given only a few fries when I asked for a large portion. Paid over $30.
