I had an amazing experience thanks to Miranda! From the moment we arrived, she was welcoming, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed. Her customer service was truly outstanding friendly, professional, and genuinely caring. The food was just as impressive. Everything came out fresh, flavorful, and perfectly prepared. You can tell they take pride in the quality of their meals. Miranda’s excellent service, combined with the outstanding food, made this one of the best dining experiences I’ve had. I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for great food and exceptional customer service!

Me and my kids came here. The food is So Delicious 🤤 We LOVED it. Customer service was Great, really friendly people, hospitality very great. The Chicken basket was so good and the loaded fries were also delicious. The Milkshakes were delicious 😋 The manager, staff everyone was great and friendly. My toddler even got a free little ice cream cup when we were leaving. We had a great experience here. Definitely coming back

Love the food but the management here (Sully) is ridiculous and has some serious comprehension problems. I placed an order on Uber eats for bird fries, and everything on the side when I got it my whole order was covered in ranch. Everything else was on the side. I called the store to let them know that Uber would not be refunding me for the order and would not have a replacement driver come and pick up a new order. The manager said that I would have to come in person to pick up my replacement order. I asked if she would be able to add it to my Uber order if I placed another order because I don’t have a vehicle to go pick up the replacement. She said no that she can’t give it to another person that I would have to show up in person myself to get the order. I asked her if my friend would be able to go and grab the order for me because I don’t have a vehicle and she said yes a friend a boyfriend a sister or a girlfriend whoever can come pick up the order that I just needed to call it in and they just needed to ask for my name ….. so I was still confused because if that was the case why she couldn’t just put the food inside of the new Uber order? The bag comes stapled shut It’s not like the uber person would know the difference? She also kept stating that because I ordered through a third-party that I would have to request a refund through them even after I stated multiple times that Uber eats would not refund or reorder the order. I also specifically order everything on the side every time because I don’t like my food soggy when it gets to me. at least then I can put it in the air fryer. And this wasn’t just for me this time it was for someone else too who doesn’t eat ranch.

Every single time I come here, the service is absolutely horrible. The women in this staff are so rude and always have an attitude, especially the night shift. Today I came by after taking a break, hoping things got better here but it actually got worse. I came at 9pm tonite on a Thursday evening and the lady at the register said their icecream machine was broken, but the whole time she was emptying out the icecream machine in our faces and was already cleaning it when they close at 1am ? She also took out all their specialty drinks so fountain drinks were the only thing available. Food is good, but I cannot support this location anymore.
