If you're on the fence about this place, just go. I've tried pretty much everything on the menu and it's all incredible. I've never once gotten soggy or undercooked chicken here, and they're pretty generous with how much they give you. Cashier Emmanuel was extremely helpful and was actually enthusiastic about helping out. He took the time to explain all the different flavors that you can get when I visited for the first time, and was super patient. For all the business they get, it's impressive how clean they keep the place, and given how late they close, how energetic the employees like Emmanuel are.

I had a great experience at Urban Bird Hot Chicken in Round Rock. The Sando Combo featuring the Nashville Hot burger was delicious—crispy, juicy, flavorful, and packed with just the right amount of heat. The Seasoned Street Corn was an excellent side with bold seasoning and a fresh, satisfying taste that paired perfectly with the sandwich. The restaurant’s interior was clean, modern, and welcoming, making it a comfortable place to enjoy a meal. I also appreciated the spacious layout, plenty of seating, and easy parking outside. Overall, tasty food, nice atmosphere, and a convenient location.

I really wanted to like this place but it was just OK for me. The loaded fries were good, but too much fry sauce for me and not enough of the yummy inhouse made pickles, you can add more for extra but the loaded fries is already the price of a meal. They dont have a fully breaded chicken paddy so what you get are 2 big tenders between buns. They are not tiny tenders but since they are not a single paddy, the sandwich fell apart on me before I was done. They serve burgers too, maybe I will come back to give them a try. Overall, the chicken was crispy and the flavor was good, but in a sea of chicken competition, this may not be my first choice.

The chicken is not bad. Juicy and hot, as the name implies. I got the loaded fries with chicken and my wife got a single tender since she wasn’t very hungry. It was ready quick and had a good flavor, although a little too much sauce. Would come again.

I got the vegetarian tender meal with toast and fries. The tenders were barely bigger than the fries and more spicier than what I ordered(mild). Fries were okay and I could have done without it. Spent $20 on a snack and I’m a slender person… Fix your portions and work better on your flavor than the decoration inside. Another restaurant thinking they can get away with overrated hot chicken tenders. For my fellow vegetarians, please get meat less meat options at a full vegan restaurant. They do it better and I should have just went with that.😒 Note: Stop using so much peppercorns.
