They forgot to put half on my order in the bag. No big deal I went to go ask for the rest of our order. Roney has an horrible attitude and kept getting annoyed when it’s the staffs fault for forgetting the customers order. & that needs to get fixed immediately. I’ve been coming here for years and this needs to end or I will take this father. I also asked for a to go bag bc he rudely handed my TO-GO fries without any bag and just pointed at another bag of full food I was already holding. This is so rude and unnecessary. We need this fixed how

Had an amazing experience at Urban Bird! Vanessa was absolutely awesome — super friendly, helpful, and genuinely made the whole experience better. She went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. And of course, the chicken was 🔥🔥. Great food, great service, and Vanessa deserves a shoutout for sure. Definitely coming back!

Gigi was very helpful it was my first time there she recommended the Tijuana street fries and they were amazing it’s like a Mexican elote but with chicken! We definitely will be coming back and ordering this! She explained everything from start to end and checked in on us to make sure everything came out good and if we were satisfied with our order! Thank you Gigi!

I went to lunch with a few coworkers today. We had great time! The atmosphere was laid back. There was music playing, but not too loud. The employees were extremely friendly and kept the place clean. The food was delicious! I love a hot chicken sandwich and they did not disappoint! I ordered extra hot and it definitely made me sweat a bit. The chicken was nice and juicy. The kale slaw was a great addition to the sandwich. I recommend this restaurant if you are looking for an quick bite with some coworkers or friends, if you are looking for a clean restaurant with friendly employees, and if you enjoy a hot chicken sandwich!

Great service and delicious food. There are a few events we all can experience when our lives define us, instead of the other way around: when you win your first fight, when you lose your first fight, and when you bite into a good Nashville Hot chicken tender. Come down to Urban Bird and let life define you. You will not regret it.
