Food was tasteless, because I never got any. I walked in stood at the register for a few minutes. People in the back working on to go orders very slowly.. no one said anything. Only one working looked up. Was at 11:50am. Left. Place look ed reasonably clean. But workers inattentive and slow.

Got the Xtra Spicy loaded fries and I really enjoyed it. The Mac and Cheese mixed well with the fries and hot chicken. Lemonades were also great - I liked the blueberry lemonade the most.

It’s a horrible palace. I wish I can give negative star to this location. There is Spanish old lady who has a very bad behavior and always gave less food.last time she didnot put micronni and she never put enough chicken.I complained many time to District Manager Ms Bernice but she doesn’t care at all. I guess that’s not her business so she doesn’t care customers come or not but I will not go to this location again. I even tell my family and friends to avoid this place they are stealing our money by giving less food and bad customer services. BAD BAD BAD place to eat. Customer services is zero.
