Marcia was absolutely amazing with her customer service! From the moment we arrived, she was incredibly welcoming, attentive, and made sure that everyone in our group was taken care of. She went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed and that our experience was enjoyable from start to finish. What really stood out to me was how attentive she was without being overbearing. She genuinely seemed to care about making sure we were happy, and her positive attitude made the whole experience even better. It’s not often that you come across someone who provides such great service and clearly takes pride in making customers feel welcomed. The food was great, but Marcia’s service really helped make the visit memorable. I would absolutely recommend Urban Bird to other foodies and reviewers, and I hope management recognizes what an incredible employee they have in Marcia. Customer service like hers is exactly what makes people want to come back and recommend a restaurant to others. Thank you, Marcia, for making our visit such a great one!

Excellent service from the girls up front at the register, I like how they’re bilingual & very attentive to customers. The food is amazing & never fails to come out fresh & hot! Highly recommend this location.

Easy going restaurant with friendly staff. The food is fantastic. Got the chicken and waffles and its fires. Andrew was a great help. My friend Ian thought he was cute, which was unrelated to the great service the staff provided, but thought I should mention it.

First time. Service could have been better. Slow in taking our orders while gathering trays from the lobby. Food was delicious and affordable. I will return. *****Second time here and service STILL trash! We're standing in the line to order and the owner and a contractor just standing at the register chit chatting talking! Smh! I had to actually walk AROUND them, look behind the counter to find an employee..THEN the owner yells decided to yell out 'customer'. WTH??? What kinda example are YOU setting for your employees?? Then a group of highschoolers walk in..he decides to slowly move over to a table. I know they make Alot of $ in This area and my little old comment may not mean crap BUT I thought others should know.
